006 - Providing UNPLASTICISED PVC pipes conforming to IS 16098:2013 with latest amendments ended with integral sockets with ISI mark and conveying to worksite, rolling and lowering into trenches, laying true to line and level and perfect linking at joints, testing and commissioning, including loading and unloading at both destinations and cuts of pipes wherever necessary including jointing of UPVC pipes (with cost of elastomeric sealing rings) and specials (excluding cost of specials) with jointing of approved type, with all labour, lead & lifts, including encasing the pipes alround to a depth of not less than 15 cms. with soft gravel or selected earth available from the excavation etc. complete and giving necessary hydraulic test to the required pressure as per ISS (contractor will make his own arrangements for procuring water for testing) etc. complete for: Pipes of SN 8, 160mm dia (Common SR Volume-V 2023-24 ,item No. 10.2.10, P. No.114 ).

007 - Refilling available earth around trenches/pipelines, cables in layers not exceeding 20 cms in depth, compacting each deposited layer by ramming after watering with a lead upto 50 m, and lift upto 1.5 m. Including cost of all labour complete as per specifications (Common SR Volume-I 2023-24 ,item No. 1.10, P. No.07 ).

008 - Providing PVC-U INDIVIDUAL U.G.D House service connection (which shall be laid from inside the customer property ) which includes: a) Supply of PVC-U pipe (b) providing and fixing of 315 mm dia the PE Inspection chambres with lid consisting of inlet & outlet arrangements with base, riser of min. 0.42 m depth which includes earth work, fixing in CC-1:2:4 with appurtenances., complete. (c) civil works like Earthwork excavation for the pipeline trenches for laying of PVC-U pipes for the house connections in all types of soils , disintegrated rock,soft rock, hard rock, including cutting of any road using , crossing drains, compound, Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, c.c. wood work, steel work, including T & P and scaffolding wherever necessary sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead , restoring the damaged portions inside or outside the property premises, refilling the portions of trenches that are dug open including linking to existing sewer network with appurtenances. complete. 110 mm dia (Common SR Volume-V 2023-24 ,item No. 16.60.1, P. 009 - Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2 (KPWD Volume-III SR 2023-24 ,item No. 3.6, P. No.17 ).

010 - Construction of Granular Sub-Base of required grading as per design mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 For Grading -V Material (KPWD Volume-III SR 2023-24 ,item No. 4.1 A 5, P. No.23 ).

011 - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver/grader in sub-base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. (KPWD Volume-III SR 2023-24 ,item No. 4.17, P. No.26 ).

012 - Providing and constructing un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383:2016:, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including construction joints, primer, sealant, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification clause 1501 with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete. as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge of the work.
