The granite/trap/basalt crushedgraded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant ISCodes machine mixed, laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness,well compacted using plate vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost ofall materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machineries, curing,and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as pertechnical specifications. (The cost of steel reinforcement & formworkshall be paid separately) Mix 1:3:6 (M10) Using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates

008 - Providing and laying in position Reinforced cement concrete for all Sub structures of building, Irrigation works, Sub structure works of bridges, Drain works & other parallel works from 0.50m to 3.50 m height. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticisers, laid in layers, well compacted using needle vibrators, providing weep holes wherever necesary, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. 010 - Providing Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-550D Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position, binding and anchoring to adjacent members whereever necessary complete as per Design including cost of material, labour, usage charges complete as per specifications. (The laps and wastages shall not be measured separately)

011 - Providing and constructing load bearing wall with Solid Concrete blocks of size 400x200x200mm having block density more than 1800kg/m3 and minimum compressive strength of 4.00 N/mm2 conforming to IS 2185 (Part - I) - 2005 and constructed with CM 1:4 as per IS 2572:2005 including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding and curing, usage charges of machinery etc complete as per specifications

012 - Providing 20 mm cement plaster of mix :1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) tobrick/stone masonry including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

013 - Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade :Newwork (Two coats applied @ 4.84 kg/10 m²) to give an even shade after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

014 - Providing UNPLASTICISED PVC pipes conforming to IS 16098:2013 with latest amendments ended with integral sockets with ISI mark and conveying to worksite, rolling and lowering into trenches, laying true to line and level and perfect linking at joints, testing and commissioning, including loading and unloading at both destinations and cuts of pipes wherever necessary including jointing of UPVC pipes (with cost of elastomeric sealing rings) and specials (excluding cost of specials) with jointing of approved type, with all labour, lead & lifts, including encasing the pipes alround to a depth of not less than 15 cms. with soft gravel or selected earth available from the excavation etc. complete and giving necessary hydraulic test to the required pressure as per ISS (contractor will make his own arrangements for procuring water for testing) etc. complete for: Pipes of SN4, 110mm dia.

015 - Providing waterproof treatment to Raft Slab using 2 coats of acrylic co polymer elastomeric Acrylic co-polymer elastomeric sealer & protector. The surface shall be prepared free of tar, dust, fungus, loose particles etc., The surface shall be applied with basecoat of healer sealer crystallization liquid and then Acrylic co-polymer elastomeric sealer & protector, wetting agent and liquid (1:1:6) over the prepared surface. In addition, making haunch at junction of Wall and Slab visible cracks are opened and sealed with flexicrack paste. Over this one coat of flexible cementations membrane (FCM), Spreading one layer of HDPE membrane as reinforcing material (over FCM) with one primer coat of Acrylic co-polymer elastomeric sealer & protector & applying second coat of Acrylic co-polymer elastomeric sealer & protector liquid over the primer coat - conforming to ASTM C 1202, DIN 1048 part 5, The work shall be carried out as per the directions of the Engineer in charge

016 - Polyethylene water storage tank with cover and suitable locking arrangement

017 - Providing and fixing of typical Maintenance information board as per specifications and drawing. ACP Sheet of 3 mm thick having minimum 0.25mm thick aluminum skin both sides and fixed over a back support of Ms plate of 5mm thick. Supported on frame post of 2 no's of MS Suare hallow section 75mmx75mmx6mm which is duly embedded in cement concrete M20 Grade of 600x600x750mm,600mm below ground level.All MS will be stove enameled on both the sides.All sections of framed posts,MS sheet and Stell tubes will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing etc.Retro-Reflective Sheet as per IRC 67 fixted over a Aluminum composite material(ACP) sheeting of size 900x1500mm of 3mm thick duly bolted/reveted with MS plate of 5mm thick on backside of ACP Sheet.Including cost and conveyance of all materials,equipment,machinery and labour with all leads and lifts,loading charges charges necessary for satisfactory completion of work as per directed by engineer incharge. (i) For warranty and durability the clause 1701.5 and for maintenance the clause 1911 shall be applicable.
