004 - Overhauling and servicing of Double Pole Structure 6Mtr and above housing the sets of LA GOS HG Fuse etc. Servicing of GOS by opening the GOS. Check the gap between fixed contact and moving contact and also any pitting on the surface. Replacing the fixed and moving contact and the worn out or rusted parts contacts, springs, bolts and nuts in the contact arrangement. Adjust the spring tension in the fixed contact to avoid loose contact between fixed and moving contacts. Adjust the arcing arm in the GOS and apply petroleum jelly for both contacts. Replacing the HG Fuse unit and fuse link and refixing using existing/new clamps, nuts and bolts etc. Removing and refixing/replacing the Lightning Arrestor, checking and fastening of earth strip properly to the structure. Removing and replacing ( rabbit ACSR conductors jointing using PG Clamps and binding them wherever required as per standard practice. Removing and replacing PVC alkathine tubes to the three phase jumps. Welding, grinding and cutting the MS beams wherever required. After service of the entire structure, loose connections, spark or loud hissing noise are not to be observed. The entire work should be taken up after taking necessary clearances from ESCOM and all the three phases at the main incomer are earthed properly using three separate earthing/grounding rods

005 - Overhauling and servicing of LT Autotransformer / FCMA Soft Starter Panel driving centrifugal pump from 50kW to 200kW, 415V, 3-phase capacity. The job includes isolating the panel from power supply, cleaning the panel and required parts from dust and rust using blower, sand paper, cotton waste etc. Complete electrical check up of MCCB, HRC links, soft starter module, checking and re-setting of parameters and programs in the module and calibration of meters etc. must be done and if necessary replace electrical wiring, high speed HRCs, contactors, MCBs, meters, CT, Exhaust fans, LED Indicators, push buttons etc. Cutting, drilling additional holes and modifying the panel for any housing of meters/equipments and welding if necessary etc. Replacement of limit switches, relays, multifunction meter if necessary. After completion of work the digital soft starter panel must be capable of soft start and soft stop satisfactorily with the limit on the starting current and torque control as per industrial standard pactice.

006 - Overhauling and servicing of Air Circuit Breaker Panel up to 1350 Amps, 415 Volts, 3-phase capacity. The job includes isolating the panel from power supply, cleaning the panel and required parts from dust and rust using blower, sand paper, cotton waste etc after draw out the breaker unit. Complete electrical check up of ACB, HRC links, rectifier module, checking and re-setting of parameters and programs in the module and calibration of meters etc. must be done and if necessary replace electrical wiring, HRCs, contactors, MCBs, meters, CT, LED Indicators, push buttons etc. Cutting, drilling additional holes and modifying the panel for any housing of meters/equipments and welding if necessary etc. Replacement of microprocessor unit, limit switches, relays, multifunction meter, ELR if necessary. After completing the work, commissioning the breaker unit as per standard practice

020 - Supplying fixing and wiring earth electrode for grounding of lifts, transformers, DG sets etc. using 40 mm dia 2.9 mm thick 2.5m long GI pipe with GI funnel with mesh and suitable size reducer fixed on the top of the earth electrode. The funnel should be enclosed in a CC chamber of 400x400x400 mm with a cast iron cover. The earth electrode shall have staggered holes of 12 mm dia and the electrode should be covered 150 mm all-round with alternate layers of salt and charcoal from the bottom of the CC chamber. The connection from the electrode is to be established through GI strip using GI bolts and nuts

Replacing the existing non-functioned damaged Dehydrating Breather by a new breather with new silica gel for the above transformer d. Arresting oil leak from exclusive vent, neutral bushing of valves, flanges, is drying arresting the leakage for L.V and HV side of power transformer and refilling of the transformer oil including cost of labour and necessary repaired materials. e.Repaint the Transformer using light grey epoxy paint of 2 coated as original. f. Filtering of oil in the transformer at the transformer center by hot process using stream line filter such that the dielectric strength of oil in the transformer conforms to ISI specification. g. Painting of entire structure of transformer yard including fencing using silver paint.
