4.17 - Wet Mix Macadam (Plant Mix Method) Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver/grader in sub-base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.(Vol-03 SR-23-2024 I.No. 4.17 P.No. 26) ---- The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work. The rates are inclusive of all lead and lift, hire chargers of machinery, labour, incidental charges all etc complete.

2.1.4 - Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete for levelling course for all works in foundation. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, well compacted using plate vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing, and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. Mix 1:2:4 Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates (PWD SR 2023-24 Vol I I.No. 2.1.4 P.No.15) ---- The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work. The rates are inclusive of all lead and lift, hire chargers of machinery, labour, incidental charges all etc complete.

1.6.1 - Earth work excavation for pipelines/cables by Manual means upto 600 mm trench width, as per drawing and technical specifications, including setting out, shoring, strutting, barricading, caution lights, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, including dressing of excavated surfaces, disposing off or leveling the excavated earth or sorting & stacking the selected earth for reuse in a radius of 50 m. Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and lift upto 1.5 m including cost of labour, tools, usage& other appurtenances required to complete the work. (KPWD SR 2023-24 1.6.1 pg no 6 vol-1 ) ---- The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work. The rates are inclusive of all lead and lift, hire chargers of machinery, labour, incidental charges all etc complete.

16.1.4 - providing ,lowering,laying,jointing , testing and commissioning of Glazed Stone ware pipes of following dia, confirming to IS 651:1992,IS 4127 with latest amendmens, Includingconveying to work site,caulding with hemp dipped in tar and joininting with CM 1:5using OPC,perfectlinking and curing for 10 days and testing with water etc.with all lead liftand as per Technical Specification, the cost to include thecost of all jointing materials, necessarysurvey works for laying of sewerlines etc. complete.The Contractor will make own arrangementfor procuringwater for testing. (Vol.5.item no 16.1.4) ---- The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work. The rates are inclusive of all lead and lift, hire chargers of machinery, labour, incidental charges all etc complete.

16.28.1 - Repairs to Machinehole for different depths including removal of debris, levelling the brick masonry, construction of brick masonry upto Ground level, providing CC coping alround the MH cover, plastering both inside and outside to the brick masonry and fixing of manhole frame and cover, curing, refilling with appurtenances complete.Upto 0.30m depth. (PWD SR 2023-24 WS & UGD SR I.No. 16.28.1 P.No. 198) ---- The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work. The rates are inclusive of all lead and lift, hire chargers of machinery, labour, incidental charges all etc complete.

3.1 - Removal of Unserviceable Soil with Disposal upto a suitable distance as directed by the Engineer incharge of work. (Vol III SR 2023-24 I.No. 3.1 P.No. 17) ---- The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work. The rates are inclusive of all lead and lift, hire chargers of machinery, labour, incidental charges all etc complete.

8.55 - Providing and fixing RCC name board of size 1.35x0.60x0.04m fixed in reinforced cement concrete poles of size 0.10x0.10x2.60m in cement concrete M 20 proportion using 20mm and down size graded metal machine mixed with 10mm dia main steel bars and 8mm dia stirpes as shown in drawing. The board shall be provided with 12mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on both the sides. The poles shallbe embedded in the ground for a depth of 0.5 m with cement concrete M 10 proportion. The board shall be fixed as per the drawing and at the place indicated by the Engineer in charge of the work. The cost includes excavation, cost of all materials, cost of steel, painting, centering, transportation charges & fixing charges. (PWD SR 2023-24 Vol III I.No. 8.55 P.No. 79) ---- The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work. The rates are inclusive of all lead and lift, hire chargers of machinery, labour, incidental charges all etc complete.

2.4(i) a - Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness.(SR 2023-24 VOL-III Ino 2.4 P no.9) ---- The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work. The rates are inclusive of all lead and lift, hire chargers of machinery, labour, incidental charges all etc complete.
