13.32.1 - Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and the cost of cutting chases and making good the same including testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. Concealed work, including cutting chases and making good the walls etc. 15 mm nominal dia pipes. 1 addenda, Vol no 5, page no 122 item no 13.32.1

10.1.7 - Providing PVC ringtite pipes conforming to IS 4985:2000 with latest amendments and conveying to worksite, rolling and lowering into trenches, laying true to line and level and perfect linking at joints, testing and commissioning, including loading unloading at both destinations and cuts of pipes wherever necessary including jointing of PVC pipes and specials (excluding cost of specials) with jointing of approved type, with all labour with all lead & lift including encasing the pipe alround to a depth of not less than 15 cms. with soft gravel or selected earth available from the excavation etc. complete and giving necessary hydraulic test to the required pressure as per ISS (Contractor will make his own arrangements for procuring water for testing) etc. PVC pipes 110mm dia., 6 kg/sqcm & class 3, vol 5, page no 113, item no 10.1.7

9.38 - Providing skirting, dadooing, rises of steps with white glazed tiles 6mm thick on 10mm thick cement plaster 1:3 and jointed with white cement slurry over existing rough plaster surface using glazed tiles of approved make and size including cost of materials, labour, complete as per specifications. vol 2 page 65 item 9.38

13.34A - Providing and fixing rectangular high density polyethylene water storage loh tank with cover, conforming to ISI : 12701, colour of opaque white or as approved by Engineer-in-charge. The rate includes making necessary holes for inlet, outlet & over flow pipes. The base support i/c fittings & fixtures for tank shall be paid separately. 1 addenda, Vol no 2,page no 123 item no 13.34A

14.35.1 - Providing and fixing vitreous china dual purpose closet suitable for use as squatting pan or European type water closet (Anglo Indian W.C pan) with seat & lid fixed with C.P. brass hinges and rubber buffers, 10 litre low level flushing cistern with fitting and brackets, 40 mm flush bend, 20 mm over flow pipe, with specials of standard make and mosquito proof coupling of approved municipal design complete, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required: White vitreous china dual purpose WC pan with white solid plastic seat and lid with white vitreous china flushing cistern and C.P. flush bend. 12.54 - Providing & fixing factory made PVC Door frame of size 50x47mm with a wall thickness of 5mm, made out of extruded 5mm rigid PVC foam sheet metered cut at corners & jointed 2 No.s of 150mm long brackets of 15x15mm M.S Square tube, the entire door frame to be reinforced with 19x19mm M.S Square tube of 19 gauge. The door frame to be fixed to the wall using M.S. Screws of 65/80mm size complete as per manufacturers specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge. vol 2, page 104, item 12.54

1.2 - Earth work in surface excavation for stripping, seating of bund, Road way by manual means for lowering & levelling the ground for all works other than foundation & depth in Ordinary rock and soft rock upto 300mm depth as per drawing and technical specifications, including setting out, barricading, caution lights, including dressing of excavated surfaces, disposing off or levelling the excavated stuff or sorting & stacking the selected stuff for reuse in a radius of 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m including cost of labour, tools, usage& other appurtenances required to complete the work. vol 1 Item No 1.2 Page No 5

16.40.1 - 1.00 M Depth MHC Providing and constructing of Machinehole chambers conical in shape at top with CC 1:3:6 foundation using 40mm and down size graded metal of approved quality and with an offset of 0.15m alround the chamber and brick masonry in C.M 1:4 plaster with bricks of approved quality and CM plaster 1:3 proportion 12mm thick inside and outside except for the conical surface outside where the thickness of plaster shall be 20 mm thick, with 1 to 6 slope in the concrete towards the central drain, finished smooth and fixing of pipes in CC 1:2:4 with graded metal of 20 mm and down size including supplying and fixing SFRC Machinehole frame and cover confoming to IS 12592(Part-I): 1988 & IS 12592(Part-II) :1991 with latest amendments in CC 1:2:4, supplying and fixing of plastic foot steps staggered at 30cms apart as directed, watering, curing,barricading, danger lighting, pouring tar over M.H. frame and cover, cost of tar, shoring, strutting, dewatering, engraving Machinehole No. on the inner and outer conical surface etc. as per the drawing with all lead and lift for various diameters and depths noted below. 9.17.1 - Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by anufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ m2 including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete. Size of Tile 500x500 mm. vol 2 page 61, item 9.17.1

4.17 - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone ggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver/grader in sub-base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density vol 3 Pg.No-24 It.No-4.17

2.1.4 - Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete for levelling course for all works in foundation. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, well compacted using plate vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machineries, curing, and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. (The cost of steel reinforcement & formwork shall be paid separately) Mix 1:3:6 (M10) Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates vol 1 Page No.15, Item No.2.1.4

20.47 - Taking out existing wooden door shutter, repair by cutting, painting etc. and refixing of repaired door shutters to existing door frames, including replacement of hinges with screws, etc. as required, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. vol 2 Page No.202, Item No.20.47

11.26.1 - Providing and fixing hand rail of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing, staircase railing and similar works, including applying priming coat of approved steel primer. M.S. tube including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. vol 2 page 84 item 11.26.1
