004 - Earth work excavation for Foundation by mechanical means for all works & depth upto 3 m, as per drawing and technical specifications, including setting out, shoring, strutting, barricading, caution lights, including dressing of excavated surfaces, disposing off or levelling the excavated earth or sorting &stacking the selected earth for reuse in a radius of 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m including cost of labour, tools, usage of machinery & other appurtenaces required to complete the work 1.14.1 In all kinds of soils Depth upto 3 m. Complete with all lead and lifts as per the direction of Engineer incharge of work.

005 - Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete for levelling course for all works in foundation. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, well compacted using plate vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing, and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. 2.1.3 Mix 1:3:6 (M10) Using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates . Complete with all lead and lifts as per the direction of Engineer incharge of work.

006 - Construction of Embankment by excavating the available approved Gravel/ Murrum deposited at a place or borrow pits during or prior excavation with all lifts and lead, transportation to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet the requirement complete as per specifications, including cost of labour,rolling,water,all materials,usage& all other appurtenaces required to complete the work. Complete with all lead and lifts as per the direction of Engineer incharge of work.

007 - Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2. Complete with all lead and lifts as per the direction of Engineer incharge of work.

008 - Construction of Granular Sub-Base of required grading as per design spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401. Complete with all lead and lifts as per the direction of Engineer incharge of work.

009 - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver/grader in sub-base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. Complete with all lead and lifts as per the direction of Engineer incharge of work.

010 - Providing and applying tack coat with RS1 Bituminous Emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg/Sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. Complete with all lead and lifts as per the direction of Engineer incharge of work.

011 - Providing and applying primer coat with SS1 grade Bitumen Emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/Sqm using mechanical means. Complete with all lead and lifts as per the direction of Engineer incharge of work.

012 - Providing and laying Bituminous Macadam with 40/60 tphcapacity hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 3.3% by weight of mix, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with mechanical paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction. Complete with all lead and lifts as per the direction of Engineer incharge of work.

013 - Providing and laying Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete with 40/60 TPH capacity hot mix plant batch type using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5% by weight of mix and filler, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with mechanical paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per MoRTH V revision. Complete with all lead and lifts as per the direction of Engineer incharge of work.

014 - Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous SurfaceProviding and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 g/ Sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35:2015.The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. Complete with all lead and lifts as per the direction of Engineer incharge of work.

015 - Supplying, fitting and placing TMT FE 550 / 550D Steel Reinforcement including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cleaning, straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, laping/welding joints, tying with binding wire / soft annealed steel wire and other ancilary operations complete as per drawing and technical specification..Canal & Allied Works. Complete with all lead and lifts as per the direction of Engineer incharge of work.

016 - Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67:2022 made of Class B Type IV retro reflective sheeting fixed over 2 mm thick aluminium sheeting vide clause 803.1, 3mm/4mm thick Aluminium composite material sheet depending on the size of the sign fixed over the back support frame of min 25 x 25 x 3mm angle mounted on a mild steel circular pipe 65 NB, 3.2 mm thickness firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with Sqm5 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing.The sign shall be maintained as per section 12 of IRC:67:2022. (iv) 60 CM equilateral triangle signboards. Complete with all lead and lifts as per the direction of Engineer incharge of work.

The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticisers, laid in layers, well compacted using needle vibrators, providing weep holes wherever necessary, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications.2.4.1 Mix 1:2:4 (M15) Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates. Complete with all lead and lifts as per the direction of Engineer incharge of work.

019 - Providing and laying Reinforced Cement Concrete pipe light duty NP2 for culverts, roadway utilities& crossings and fixing collars with cement mortar 1:2 including cost of all materials, labour, curing completeas per specifications.- 600mm dia. Complete with all lead and lifts as per the direction of Engineer incharge of work.

020 - Type - A, "W" : Metal Beam Crash BarrierProviding and erecting a "W" metal beam crash barrier system comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm spaced 2 m centre to centre, 1.8 m high, 1.1 m below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm, 330 mm long complete as per clause 811. Complete with all lead and lifts as per the direction of Engineer incharge of work.

021 - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. A. By Manual Means i. Grading-I (63 mm to 45 mm) a) Using Screening Crushable type such as Moorum or Gravel. Complete with all lead and lifts as per the direction of Engineer incharge of work.

022 - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. A. By Manual Means i. Grading-ii (53 mm to 22.4 mm) a) Using Screening Crushable type such as Moorum or Gravel. Complete with all lead and lifts as per the direction of Engineer incharge of work.

023 - Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete for all Sub structures of building, Irrigation works, Substructure works of bridges, Drain works & other parallel works from 0.50m to 3.50 m height. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticisers, laid in layers, well compacted using needle vibrators, providing weep holes wherever necessary, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications (For Drain Bed/raft).2.4.2 M20 Design Mix Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates. 024 - Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete for all Sub structures of building, Irrigation works, Sub structure works of bridges, Drain works & other parallel works from 0.50m to 3.50 m height. 025 - Providing and constructing un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383:2016:, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including construction joints, primer, sealant, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification clause 1501 with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete. as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

026 - Construction of unlined surface drains of average crosssectional area 0.40 m2 in soil to specified lines, grades, levels and dimensions. Excavated material to be used in embankment with a lift upto 3m and lead of 50 m (average lead 25 m) as per Technical Specification Clause 307. Mechanical means. Complete with all lead and lifts as per the direction of Engineer incharge of work.

027 - Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete including compaction as per drawing and Technical Specification A.Granular material Complete with all lead and lifts as per the direction of Engineer incharge of work.

028 - Providing and constructing 450 mm thick hand packed rough stonerevetment consisting of 300 mm thick rough stones with 400 to 450mm long through stones at 1.5 m c / c over a backing of 150 mmthick 40 mm down graded coarse aggregate layer including cost of allmaterials machinery, labour, laying to specified slope, wedging withchips, finishing & all necessary works as directed and complete asper specification. Complete with all lead and lifts as per the direction of Engineer incharge of work.

029 - Providing and laying Reinforced Cement Concrete pipe light duty NP2 for culverts, roadway utilities& crossings and fixing collars with cement mortar 1:2 including cost of all materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications.- 300 mm dia. Complete with all lead and lifts as per the direction of Engineer incharge of work.

030 - Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP3 for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets. Complete with all lead and lifts as per the direction of Engineer incharge of work.

031 - Providing rubble / boulder and sand filling behind abutment and return walls in layers including cost of all materials, labour, watering,ramming and all other ancillary operations . Complete with all lead and lifts as per the direction of Engineer incharge of work.

032 - Providing and fixing 100 mm thick burnt stone slabs for coping set in CM 1 : 6 proportion by volume with pointing to joints in CM 1 : 3 proportion by volume including cost of all materials, labour, batching and mixing mortar, finishing, curing and all other ancillary operations complete. 033 - Design, fabrication, supply, erection, testing and commissioning offixed wheel type vertical lift gate ( with top seal ) consisting of skinplate, siffeners, horizontal and vertical girders, wheels, guide rollers,rubber seals with all accessories for canal escape / regulator ventincluding cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cutting, aligning,welding, finishing, cleaning, applying one coat of zinc rich epoxy primerand three coats of cold applied coal tar epoxy paint, seal fixing and allother ancillary operations complete as per specifications and approveddrawings.Note:1.
