005 - Providing and fixing Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished welded type tubes including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge)

006 - Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width inmesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts,bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineerin-charge. (Made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm)

007 - Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete paverblock of approved shape and colour of M -30 grade made of C&D wasteby block making machine with vibratorycompaction laid in requiredpattern and including over 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand,filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

008 - Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : Oldwork (Two coat applied @ 1.67 l/ 10 m²) on existing cement paint surfaceincluding preparing the surface after thoroughly cleaning the surface toremove all dirt, dust and foreign matter, cost of materials, labour completeas per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

009 - Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete. Fixed to steel windows by welding.

010 - Fabrication, providing and erecting in position Hot dip galvanised Gate using 72 x72 x4mm Sq. Gl Pipe frame with top pipe bending in heavy hydraulic press with sand packing and hot bending to form double arch as per drawing profile, 20mm hot dip galvanised Sq. rod for verticals at 150mm c/ c, as shown in the drawing including providing ho dip galvanised forged ornamental design in between sq. rods and heads at top, middle and bottom, Intermediate supports of 72x12mm and 50x6mm arch bent to hot dip galvanised flats the work is inclusive of troughing Gl flat Gl sq. rods, placing, welding all the joints including grinding, finishing metal patty, painting two coats enamel painting. The rate is inclusive of all materials like GI sq rods, Gl gorged designs etc., heavy duty hinges are made out of 75mm solid sq block assembled with 20mm dia bearing in three places for each flop. Heavy duty locking arrangements at two places including cost of labour, unloading, scaffolding charges and all other incidental charges for successful completion of the work as per directions of the engineer-in-charge of the work.

011 - Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete for levelling course forall works in foundation. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarseaggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid inlayers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, well compacted using plate vibrators,including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality,labour, Usage charges ofmachinery, curing, and all the other appurtenances required to complete thework as per technical specifications.Mix 1:4:8 Using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates it-2.1.2

012 - Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete for all Foundation works.The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregatesas per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticizers laid in finishedlayers, well compacted using needle vibrators, including all lead & lifts, costof all materials, quality confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes,labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all the other appurtenancesrequired to complete the work as per technical specifications
