Item No 11 : Manning & Operation for 1st year during DLP: Providing services of daily maintenance, manning & operation with fitter general mechanic mate FGM (Semi-skilled) to water supply installation located at 20 Camp Pump House consisting of centrifugal pumps, aeration fountain, floculator, clarifier, rapid sand filter, UG sump of cap 25000 gallon, chlorination system, OHT of cap 100000 gallon round the clock in Three shifts (Morning, Evening & Night), including sundays & holidays each shift of 08 hours starting from 0600 Hrs including daily checking and rectifying leakges and operating the raising, delivery, washout and overflow pipes, valves, pit chambers and operating pumping sets during supply with any minor repair required like replecement of gland, tightening of terminations, inspect motor vents and windings for dust/dirt build-up and clean accordingly, inspect starter/ contractor for arcing, lubricate the pump the motor bearing on regular intervals, oiling and greasing etc of equipments for smooth trouble free functioning all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

After verification & satisfaction of engr-in-charge operator/ technician shall deployed to E&M installation.

(iii) Replacement of minor parts such as flare nuts, LT cable joints with suitable size lugs, pump glands etc are contractor's responsibility complete all as specified by engineer-in-charge.
(iv) It is the responsibility of AGE/JE to ensure that attendance register is maintained at all the installation duty signed kept on record and payment of trade men for the Nos of days present will only be made GE will responsible for payment of trade men in aadhar linked account contractor shall be provide proper dress to tradesmen as approved by Eng-in-charge and during duty hours all tradesmen shall be in proper uniform otherwise necessary recovery @ double the quoted rate for per day shall be made from his dues.

(v) In case the contractor does not operate any one of installation for a day or part thereof due to any reason whatsoever double of the quoted rate to eachday will be recovered.
(vi) Leave of deployed person in inescapable cases shall be allowed on prior intimation but contractor on demand of engineer-in-charge, shall arrange alternate arrangment. Payment shall not be allowed for leave period.
(vii) in no case wages of deployed persons shall be less than the minimum wages fixed by govt competent authority. It is mandatory requirement fdor contractor that payment of deployed person shall be made through cheque/ RTGS/Acceptable Electronic mode only proof of payment shall be submitted by contractor to engineer in charge monthaly basis or during claming on account of advance (RAR) / FB.

(viii) The Employees Provident Funds & Miscellaneous Provisions (EPF & MP) Act, 1952, shall be strictly adhered to by the contractor, social security to workers i.e. EPF, ESIC, Personal insurance (If applicable) on part of Employer shall be paid by contractor and accordingly, contractor/Bidder shall include all these factors in his quoted rate.
(ix) statuatory levies/GST if applicable on part of contracts shall be paid by contractor and accordingly, contractor/ Bidder shall include all these factors in his quoted rate.
(x) Deployed person shall report daily to JE/Engineer in charge or nominated officers by Accepting officer for their attendence & obtain instructions. An attendence register shall be maintained by contractor on site.

(xi) T&P = working Tools/plants, protective cloths, communication & conveyance arrangments shall be provided by contractor at his own cost.
(xii) An uniform of blue shirt/jersy duly embossed "MES OUTSOURCING SERVICES" at back and name plate of the person on front left shall be provided by contractor to all workers at his own cost.
(xiii) Documentation - Attendance registr & wages register, Daily work register as per the format provided by the Deptt. shall be prepared & maintained at his own cost.

(xiv) Contractor shall make security pass for all operators and maintain proper register duly signed by all concerned.
(xv) If quoted rates are less than minium fair wages inclusive of GST, EPF, ESIC as applicable the bid shall be treated as non-bonafide and will be rejected. No objection/clain in this regard will be accepted (xvi) Scope of work shall include physical chemical and bacteriological analysis of water, samples to be collected each month by a rep of contractor and carefully taking the sample to Test Laboratory and handing over the sample and collection of test report in stipulated time period and submitting the repost to this office every month.

Item No 14 : Comprehensive maintenance, (To commence from next day Expiry of DLP) servicing and repairs of water treatment plant 600000 gallons alongwith cleaning of spray nozzles of aeration fountion, scrubbing of parshall flume so as to keep the flow surfaces clean of surface buildup or algae growth, deep cleaning the flash mixer by washing the attachment, dewatering the flocculator completely and cleaning its channels and removal of flocs deposit by any means, removal of sludge deposition in clarifier and depositing the sludge at a certain distance so as to avoid contamination to clear water, backwashing of rapid sand filters, cleaning of solution tanks for any deposition, ewatering the UG sump of capacity 2500 gallon and cleaning its interior surface for algae deposition if any, opening the valves and cleaning it and refixing in original state, cleaning of pipeline connetions and fixing the leakages if any all as directed by engineer- in - charge.

Note for ser Item No 15 (i) Operator / Technical / attendent of proper trade with ITI qualified having minimum 04 years of experience in their respective field. (ii) Contractor shall produce all qualification & experience certificates, photos and police verification to all operators / technician before commencement of this contract to engr-in-charge. After verification & satisfaction of engr-in-charge operator/ technician shall deployed to E&M installation.

(iii) Replacement of minor parts such as flare nuts, LT cable joints with suitable size lugs, pump glands etc are contractor's responsibility complete all as specified by engineer-in-charge.
(iv) It is the responsibility of AGE/JE to ensure that attendance register is maintained at all the installation duty signed kept on record and payment of trade men for the Nos of days present will only be made GE will responsible for payment of trade men in aadhar linked account contractor shall be provide proper dress to tradesmen as approved by Eng-in-charge and during duty hours all tradesmen shall be in proper uniform otherwise necessary recovery @ double the quoted rate for per day shall be made from his dues.

(v) In case the contractor does not operate any one of installation for a day or part thereof due to any reason whatsoever double of the quoted rate to eachday will be recovered.
(vi) Leave of deployed person in inescapable cases shall be allowed on prior intimation but contractor on demand of engineer-in-charge, shall arrange alternate arrangment. Payment shall not be allowed for leave period.
(vii) in no case wages of deployed persons shall be less than the minimum wages fixed by govt competent authority. It is mandatory requirement fdor contractor that payment of deployed person shall be made through cheque/ RTGS/Acceptable Electronic mode only proof of payment shall be submitted by contractor to engineer in charge monthaly basis or during claming on account of advance (RAR) / FB.

(viii) The Employees Provident Funds & Miscellaneous Provisions (EPF & MP) Act, 1952, shall be strictly adhered to by the contractor, social security to workers i.e. EPF, ESIC, Personal insurance (If applicable) on part of Employer shall be paid by contractor and accordingly, contractor/Bidder shall include all these factors in his quoted rate.
(ix) statuatory levies/GST if applicable on part of contracts shall be paid by contractor and accordingly, contractor/ Bidder shall include all these factors in his quoted rate.
(x) Deployed person shall report daily to JE/Engineer in charge or nominated officers by Accepting officer for their attendence & obtain instructions. An attendence register shall be maintained by contractor on site.

(xii) An uniform of blue shirt/jersy duly embossed "MES OUTSOURCING SERVICES" at back and name plate of the person on front left shall be provided by contractor to all workers at his own cost.
(xiii) Documentation - Attendance registr & wages register, Daily work register as per the format provided by the Deptt. shall be prepared & maintained at his own cost.

(xiv) Contractor shall make security pass for all operators and maintain proper register duly signed by all concerned.
(xv) If quoted rates are less than minium fair wages inclusive of GST, EPF, ESIC as applicable the bid shall be treated as non-bonafide and will be rejected. No objection/clain in this regard will be accepted (xvi) Scope of work shall include physical chemical and bacteriological analysis of water, samples to be collected each month by a rep of contractor and carefully taking the sample to Test Laboratory and handing over the sample and collection of test report in stipulated time period and submitting the repost to this office every month.

Item No 17 : Manning & Operation for 5th year (To commence from next day of comletion of item no. 15): Providing services of daily maintenance, manning & operation with fitter general mechanic mate FGM (Semi-skilled) to water supply installation located at 20 Camp Pump House consisting of centrifugal pumps, aeration fountain, floculator, clarifier, rapid sand filter, UG sump of cap 25000 gallon, chlorination system, OHT of cap 100000 gallon round the clock in Three shifts (Morning, Evening & Night), including sundays & holidays each shift of 08 hours starting from 0600 Hrs including daily checking and rectifying leakges and operating the raising, delivery, washout and overflow pipes, valves, pit chambers and operating pumping sets during supply with any minor repair required like replecement of gland, tightening of terminations, inspect motor vents and windings for dust/dirt build-up and clean accordingly, inspect starter/ contractor for arcing, lubricate the pump the motor bearing on regular intervals, oiling and greasing etc of equipments for smooth trouble free functioning all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 19 : RCC hume pipe NP-2 1500 mm dia laid over 100 mm thick PCC type B-1, 1:2:4 over 100 mm thick PCC type E2 1:5:10, vertically. The top cover of valve pit chamber shall be covered with MS sheet 1.25 mm thick with MS Angle iron 40 x 40x 6 mm thick frame and MS angle iron 30 x 30 x 6 mm thick for shutter frame & flat iron 40 x 6 mm bracing with M.S. sheet. All MS item shall be painted with two coat o synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer.
