Work Experience Requirements
The required prior work experience for the bidder includes:
- Three similar completed works each costing not less than Rs. 5594 Lakh
- Or Two similar completed works each of value not less than Rs. 8391 Lakh
- Or One similar completed work of value not less than Rs. 11188 Lakh
Additionally, for EPC tender, one completed work costing not less than Rs.2797 lakhs is required, executed with the structural system technology as proposed by the bidder. This work can be part of the eligible work or a separate work. The associated contractor should have successfully completed one work of the opted technology with a cost of the structural system not less than Rs 2797 lakhs (20% of E.C.P.T) during the last seven years. If the separate cost of the structural system is not available, it will be taken as 30% of the completed cost of the project/work.

The variables used in this formula are defined as:
- A: Maximum turnover in construction works executed in any one year during the last seven years, taking into account completed as well as works in progress, with the value of completed works brought to current costing level by enhancing at a simple rate of 7% per annum, also referred to as the updated value of turnover.
- B: Value of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the period of completion of work for which bids have been invited.
- N: Number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited.
