Providing and fixing Aluminum work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia. and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminum snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, dashfastners, handles, hinges, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Including Glazing, paneling,hinges, locks,door sections, & related accessories) : Powder coated aluminum (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) Using 4"x1.75" sections 1.5mm thick, panelling 12mm thick Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both side & 5mm thick frosted(Opaque glass). Door frames to be packed with suitable wooden section

Factory manufactured Lab Tables with following specifications. Table fabricated with C-Frame Design/ 1”X1”X14 guage Square pipe for the entire frame, having cub-boards, each cub-board having one drawer using telescopic channel & bottom cub-board having one shelf. Frame having size 3’ Height X2’6” width In between the cub-board gap having 20”. Drawers & cub-board having handles & locking arrangement. Entire Table painted as per your colour section. Cub-board made in 22 guage C.R. sheet with granite top. The laboratory workbench should be made of epoxy based powder coated/epoxy coated (thickness of 70-90 micron) prime-grade GI steel with granite top as per drawing. The modules should be provided in CKD (Completely knocked down) & should be erected at site as per the layout. the guage of the GI should be of at least of 1mm thickness(sides, top, bottom, back, shelves, drawers, end cover panels, shutters, stiffeners, etc).Hinge plates, shelf brackets minimum1.6mm thick, C-Frame 30x60x1.5mm All steel surfaces should be coated with corrosion -resistant finish Required no of BIG PP SINK F75-90-S (Polypropylene moulded sinks) & 3 Way Water tap and standing peg board( along with a collection tray) mounted on the table, including bottle trap single/Double Sided Double Tier Reagent Rack in G.I. Construction with Electrical Raceway 200/300 W x 600H with attached Electric sockets. Electric duct should be provided on entire wall laboratory bench with required no of electric points. Each electrical point includes two 5 pin sockets of 16A+6A & two tiny trip MCB(16A) leg spaces with foot rest as per drawings 500mm Module With One Drawer & One Shutter /750mm Module With One Drawers & Two Shutters modesty panel if required Including Charges for Transportation and handling of Lab Furniture.
