Alternator.
Stamford Make single bearing alternator suitable for continuous operation, generating 160 KVA at 1500 RPM, 415 V, 0.8 power factor suitable for 50 Hz, Three Phase system. The alternator shall be in SP-DP enclosure, self-excited, self-regulated, and foot mounted with ball and / or roller bearings on end shields. The alternator conforms to IS: 4722/ BS-5000 & will be suitable for operation under local conditions.
Control Panel
The control panel would consist of mild steel, dust and vermin proof cubical, duly fitted with:-

Acoustic Enclosure
The sound attenuated DG Sets are designed and engineered by the CAD/CAM experts conforming to international standards and mandatory noise level norms achieving noise level 70 – 75 dB at 1-meter distance.
The system is made of high class sheet metal fabricated panels of 16 G thickness having modular construction with multi- fold sheet channels and ISMC section for ease of assembly and dismantling, and High Quality Foam.
An additional axial flow fan may be provided to achieve optimum output and acoustic hoods with noise splitters 0f required, to block and reduce the sound leakage. Residential silencer is provided for maximum noise reduction and specially designed vibration isolators are used to restrict the transfer of vibrations from the DG Set to the body panels and its surroundings. The enclosure sheets are having a seven tank treatment with powder coating from inside and outside for longer life. GC Sheet 24 G Enclosure on all 4 sides and top side with MS Angle Iron of size 50x50x6 mm. Earthing of DG Set.

Supply, installation, testing (on full load) of 175 KVA copper wound voltage stabilizer at Industrial estate Lassipora. J&K SIDCO. The stabilizer shall be manually operated, oil cooled and suitable to work on 3 phase 50±3% Hz AC supply. The no. of turns of coil and no. of conductors in each turn with their size shall be of adequate design. No cotton/paper material shall be used for insulation of copper strip coils. The core cell of voltage stabilizer shall be assembled out of 52/92 grade silicon steel, laminated sheet held together securely with the help of angle iron brazing and tightened with the help of galvanized nuts and bolts.
The tapping terminals shall be kept on all sides of cell. The transformer cell shall be housed in a sheet metal tank made out of 3mm thick MS sheet duly strengthened with stiffeners of MS flats or angles. The tank /container shall be painted with two coats of primer inside and outside and then with two coats of super enamel paint (spray painting) synthetic grey from outside the container. The tank /container shall be provided with suitable radiator plate type to dissipate the heat generated from coils. The vent pipe with at the top and drain pipe at the bottom shall be fitted with the plugs. Hooks of proper size for lifting the stabilizer shall have to be provided on the top of the tank. The container of the stabilizer shall be mounted on wheels for easy shifting /positioning. The stabilizer shall have suitable insulated lugs of appropriate size for cable connections. Ompora.
