Repairs to Seat and minor cabin repair: Providing and fitting of new seat cover by way of removal of torn cloth/Rexene, cushion, damaged seats, repairing the seat by way of welding works and wooden work to damaged seat, replacement of sliding nut/bolts and damaged angle, providing new cushion, Rexene and seat covers along with fitting of new small cabin fan. Minor repair to wooden boards inside the cabin and installation of Fan . The Job includes cost of material, labour charges and taxes

Repairs to Front and Rear Leaf spring:-Repairs to front and rear leaf spring assembly by way of dismantling and removing of damaged items and P/F of new items in place defective items i.e. Rear leaf spring main – 01 no, Rear leaf spring 2nd – 01 no, Rear leaf spring 4th – 01 no, front leaf spring Main – 01 no, front leaf spring 4th – 01no, centre bolt front – 01 no, centre bolt rear – 01 no, leaf spring bush – 06 no’s, leaf spring pin – 06 no’s, Spring shackle assy front – 02 no, Spring shackle assy rear – 02 no, U Clamp small – 05 no’s with nut and bolts, U Clamp Big – 5 no’s with nut and bolts, Grease nipple-04 no’s and washers-06 no’s. The Job also includes re tensioning of all leaf springs by hammering to the optimum curvature and assembling, fitting and alignment of front and rear leaf spring assy., and all other allied works. The Job includes cost of materials ,labour charges and taxes
