C) Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, Columns, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15°, landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases up to five level including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 5.3.1 1:1½:3 (1 cement: 1½ coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) = 15 m3

d) Providing and fixing of granite slabs (first quality) on walls incl. all lead lift, carriage, laying, rubbing and polishing complete. = 15 m2

e) Brick work with common burnt clay machine molded perforated bricks of class designation 12.5 conforming to I:S: 2222 in Superstructure above plinth level up to floor five level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand ) and curing complete in: 6.3.1 With (non-modular) bricks. = 10 m3

f) Anchoring for beams incl. all charges i.e., labour, welding set, cutter, etc. incl. all lift lead charges. a) Charges for welding set, electricity connection charges, welding rods, etc, and all lead lift, carriages complete.i.e., 4x Rs 2500/day b) Labour (welder) for anchoring. i.e., 2 x 4 x Rs 1000/day

g) Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts. = 15 m2

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the ext side , upto seven storey height made with 40mm dia M.S. tube 1.5m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffoldings for working platform etc. and maintain it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for the payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.
