Repairs to Snow Machine 26-LPT 713 including providing and fitting of bracket for blade attachment and main chassis frame of Mechanical Snow Clerance Control Room Kulgam.

Replacement of old damaged chassis frame (C-Section) of MC/26(LPTA-713) by way of :- (A) Dismantling of blade assy. from main frame by disconnecting the control panel from the supply , lifting of cabin, whole engine assembly, rear body using standard tools & ckles required for proper dismantling. The job also involves dismantling of all pipes, wires, diesel tank, air tank and ohter allied items which are connected with damaged chassis frame by using all tools tackles without causing any damage to the parts. (B) Providing & fitting of old serviceable rolled frame channel (C section) LPTA-713. The chassis frame shall be of standard specifications as per sample, complete with frame rail and cross members, the bumper bracket, shackle brackets, U-bolt for fastening of chassis frame and other fittings as required. The chassis frame should be free from any, manufacturing defects or distortion. (C) The job also includes retentioning/ pre-stressing of leaf springs by way of dismantling from the machine/vehicle front and rear lead spring assembly one by one,checking of the same for bending and any distortion, and rectification of over damping, replacement of worn out parts like centre bolt washers, shims, clamps U-bolts etc. and refitting the leaf spring assembly to the machine. The job includes providing and fitting of additional four leaf springs (top one) to front side to elevate the frontal position for effective installation of blade assembly. (D) The job also includes any miscellaneous items required during the execution of the job. The job also includes all leads and lifts and carriage charges. (E) The re-installation of all the items like engine assembly, cabin, rear body assembly is to be done on thesupplied serviceable chassis frame and all the other items which are dismantled from damaged chassis frame and all the other items which are dismantled from damaged chassis frame are to be mounted/refitted properly at their proper positions by using standard tools & tackles (F)The job includes the testing of machine after repairs/replacement on the road for satisfactory performance

Bracket for Holding the Blade Assembly for M/C 26 Providing, fabricating and fitting of bracket made out of MS plate of 12mm thickness by way of cutting the plate into various pieces as per the following details by using gas cutting torch as per required dimensions and then joining the same at required locations by way of Arc welding. 1.Main plate of bracket to be cut out of 40"x20" Qty= 5.56 sft Wt. @8.75kg/sft= 48.61 kg 2. Two(02) numbers side plates connected to front end of main frame of given sample. secondary attachment with main bracket plate. Qty of steel required = (1/2 x (5"+3")x5")x 2= 40 sq in.= 0.27 sft Wt. @8.75kg/sft =2.43 kg 4.Two(02) Rectangular Strips to clamp the side plate with main frame by drilling holes of size as per sample at requisite positions. Qty=2x5"x15"= 150 sq inches = 1.04 sft Wt. @ 8.75kg/sft = 9.1 kg 5.Strengthening of Main Plate of Bracket at top and bottom side with strips. Qty: 2x40"x6" = 480 sq in = 3.33 sft Wt. @8.75kg/sft = 29.16 kg Total Weight = 122.11 kg The job includes cost on account of transportation/ tools/plants/gas/electrodes to be used for the execution of the job.
