Hard Rock (Blasting Prohibited)

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Supplying, filling, spreading and leveling stone boulders of size range 5 cm to 20 cm, in recharge pit in the required thickness for all leads and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Laboour for stone soling duly hand packed i.e on horizontally in trenches including watering ramming dressing with (Stone available from excavation) all complete job.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-incharge. Note: - Cement in this item is @ 430 kg/ cum. Excess or less cement used as per design mix is content considered payable or recoverable separately. including cost and carriage headload complete job.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for:

Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Providing and Fixing Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. Welded

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. including cost and carriage headload complete job.

Manufacturing supplying and fixing retro reflective sign boards made up of 2mm thick aluminum sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type-IV of ASTM-D-4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC : 67-2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminum alloy rivets @ 20cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3mm along with theft resistant measures mounted and fixed with 2 nos. M.S. angles of size 35x35x5mm to a vertical post made upto M.S. Tee section ISMT 50x50x6mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angle flats, providing and fixing M.S. message plate of required size steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical M.S.-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours). Backside of aluminum sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coats including all leads and lifts etc. complete as per drawing, specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.including cost and carriage headload complete job.

Mandatory/Regulatory sign boards of 900 mm diameter with part as length of 3750 mm.

Cautionary/warning sign boards of equilateral triangular shape having each side of 900 mm support length of 3650mm.

Providing and supplying of Pot ptef bearing for bridges nain Girders as perMorth and IRC specification

Providing and supplying and fixing of Sesmic Dampers for bridges nain Girders as per IRC Clause

Embeddeding of nuts/bolts in hard rock after chipping of existing rock 16mm dia

Carriage of sand/Aggregate by Mechanical Transport, head load including loading, unloading and stacking complete job. Avg. lead upto 40 km.including headload complete job.

Taking of Geo Tag Photographs of size 125mmx250mm before execution, during execution and after execution of work (04 No. Each Pre, Post, After execution) to be submitted with the bill complete job.
