Loading of the damaged Bowl/ Pump assemblies (Two pumps) already extracted from unit / JACK WELL No. 1 in a Private load carrier and shifting of same to the Private work shop for carrying out necessery repairs with all leads and lifts thereof included unloading at workshop.Dismentling of the 2 no. Bowl/Pump assemblies at a Private Workshop involving dismentling of 3 Stages of Bowls/pumps casing/stages followed by extraction of Impellers from housings,damaged /broken/worn-out sleeves/wearing rings,collects,bearings bushes etc from all the stages of Bowls/Pumps assemblies included worn out bowl/Pump shaft using skilled personal tools and tackles required for the Job.

Providing, Fabrication, and fitting of New Stainless Steel GRADE 410 bowl shaft having OD=55 mm Length= 1.98 meters as per sample . The Shaft has to be precisely machined at various required segments for accommodating Impellers’, locking Collets, bearing bushes etc by way of using skilled labour, tools and tackles. The job includes using high speed cutting tool to achieve the required parameters. The Job includes making of impeller seats for fitment of SS impellers at required position of the shaft. The job also includes fabrication of threads 65 mm in length from upper side of the shaft for fixing of coupling Sleeve after reducing the upper portion to 42 mm dia for 350 mm length/ as per sample . The job includes finishing of the shaft to size for proper fit in three stages of the bowl assembly by way of cutting, turning and finishing processes . Checking of alignment of shaft on the lathe for proper fitment in the bowl housing/stages by way of cutting, turning and finishing.

Providing Fabrication, and fitting of cutless G.M SCREW BEARING having ID= 55 mm, OD= 90 mm, and 150 mm long as per sample to be fitted on rear end of the upper bowl part on threads and inside the tube threaded internally. The screw bearing should be threaded externally and fabricated out of suitable hollow casted G.M bar by way of cutting, turning, finishing process of machining after extraction / cutting of worn out sleeves by way of engaging skilled labour, tools and tackles required for this precise Job.
