Dismantling of all engine parts viz; tappet cover, fuel injection pump pipes, Cylinder Block Assembly, Head Block Assembly, Crank Shaft Connecting rods, Exhaust Manifold and other allied parts. i) Washing, cleaning of all parts using kerosene oil dhoti cloth and other chemicals and shifting of parts for machining jobs to concern work shop. ii) Removal of old damaged cylinder liners from cylinder block assembly and then providing /Fitting of new cylinder liners of proper size and perfectly fitted and buffing there off. iii) Grinding and finishing / cutting of crank shaft to next immediate size and job includes testing and alignment of crank shaft. The job also includes grinding of crank shaft assembly and providing fitting of cam shaft bushes. iv) Checking repairs to head block assembly by way of cutting of old head seat, guides and head valve caps etc and then P/F of new head seats (SS) with head guides one set and job includes P/F of head value caps (01 set), grinding of seats and surfacing of head block assembly. The job also includes providing and fitting of connecting rod bushes (01 set) and main oil seal etc.Complete Job.

Re-Fitting of engine assembly and providing Fitting of spare parts viz; piston set standard size of Eicher make (06 No’s), main and big end bearing one set (06 No’s), piston rings one set (06 No’s) head gaskets 0ne No complete Engine gasket set including adhesive bonds shellac tubes. washers ,head valves inlet and exhaust (06 sets) timing oil seals and other necessary/ associated nuts , bolts etc.Complete Job.

Complete overhauling of F. I pump and injector 06 No’s by way of disengaging all parts of assembly and replacement of unserviceable parts viz; elements viz; quadrants, delivery values, springs bearings etc, F.I.P head assembly and 06 No’s injector and other allied parts. The job includes calibration of pump assembly and injectors on calibrated bench.Complete Job.
