Fabrication, providing and fitting of 90-120 degree bend/elbow to be fabricated out of GI C class pipe, 1 m length and flanged on both ends a to make it leak proof. The flanges shall be M.S Flanges conforming to BIS 6392/1997 Table 28 (Rating PN25) and welded on both sides. The job includes nuts, bolts, gaskets etc as per site requirement. Fabrication, Providing & fitting of 300mm length 65-80mm dia GI reducer (to be fabricated out G.I C Class) flanged on both sides, flanges confirming to Table-17 (PN16) to be fitted with column pipe/ delivery manifold of submersible pump unit to join rising main and column pipe/ delivery manifold. The flange welding shall be carried out in double layer using reputed make electrodes from inside & outside of pipe from strong welding joint.

The system shall be able of starting of DG set with 20-30 Sec even in winter conditions with ambient temp down to -50C 4) Engine Instrument Panel: The Engine Instrument Panel shall be fitted with starting switch with keys, Lube Oil Gauge, Temperature & Pressure Gauge, Speedometer, Kilowatt Hour Meter etc and all other accessories as required. 5) Safety Control: The D. G. Set shall be provided & fitted with all the safety controls i.e. for Low lube oil Pressure indication switch, High water temperature indication, RPM indication, water temperature indication, battery charging indication etc. C. Standard Control Panel: The Control Panel shall be fabricated out of steel sheet 1.5 mm thick duly pre-treated and aesthetically finished. It shall be totally enclosed, dust, vermin proof with IP-53 degree of protection as per IS 2147-62. The panel shall consist of following instruments: a) 0 – 600 V, AC Voltmeter of class 1.5 accuracy with phase selector switch b) A.C. All the above components shall be properly mounted duly wired and shall be of reputed make. D) Canopy: The Canopy of the D. G. Set shall be fabricated out of M. S.
