Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana Tender

The bidder should have satisfactorily completed as Prime Contractor or sub-contractor during the last five financial years and current year before the date of Notice Inviting Tenders at least one similar work equal in value to one-third (one-fourth in case of Naxal / LWE affected districts) of the estimated cost of work. The value of similar works completed under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana shall be counted as 120% for the purpose of this Sub-Clause. Additionally, the bidder should have work experience as prime Contractor on construction works of a similar nature and volume during the last five financial years and current year before the date of Notice Inviting Tenders, or as Sub-Contractor on construction works of a similar nature and volume over the last five years. Proposals for subcontracting should not exceed 25 percent of the Contract Price. For Joint Venture firms, the lead partner shall meet not less than 50% of the qualification criteria, and each of the remaining partners shall meet not less than 25% of all the criteria.
