Overall accessed maintenance cost for maintenance of electrically operated over head travelling cranes normal (EOT) single girder type of 2.0 tonne capacity installed at outer portion of Bldg No 1, 3, 5, 7,9 & 13 at Air Force Station Udhampur comprising of electric motor for long travel, hoist motion, creeping micro speed and electrical control panel consisting of MCCBs/main switches, step down transformer, contactors, HRC fuses & mechanical wire rope with drum, brake unit, gear boxes, oil levels, motor bed ends, electrical control cables etc & comprising of material, labour and T&P for routine, periodical, preventive maintenance or breakdown repair to EOT crane functional at all time all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Overall accessed maintenance cost for maintenance of electrically operated over head travelling cranes Normal (EOT) double girder type of 2.0 tonne capacity installed at inner portion of Bldg No 1, 3, 5, 7,9 & 13 at Air Force Station Udhampur comprising of electric motor for long travel, hoist motion, creeping micro speed and electrical control panel consisting of MCCBs/main switches, step down transformer, contactors, HRC fuses & mechanical wire rope with drum, brake unit, gear boxes, oil levels, motor bed ends, electrical control cables etc & comprising of material, labour and T&P for routine, periodical, preventive maintenance or breakdown repair to make EOT crane functional at all time all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge. Note: For Items No 1 & 2 :- (a) All spare parts required during maintenance shall be measured and paid separately. (b) The maintenace of crane throughout the contract period shall be responsibilty of contractor and shall be quoted accordingly. (c) Minor repair/checking fault/Testing/commissoining of work shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate as such under mentioned work :- (i) Motors – Check terminal connections slip rings, carbon bushes alignment of motors, couplings, clutches, breakes if any tight/adjust if required. (iii) Wire Rope – Check lubrication and number of broken wires, Hook – Check for free rotation of hook, lubrication of moving parts. (iii) Electrical – Check contactor tips limit switch operating mechanism including connections & testing of LT panel of crane complete. (iv) Checking of all movement i.e Long Travel, Cross travel/ hoist lifting motion. (v) The record of servicing will be maintained by Contractor, it should be duly signed by user and MES Rep and at the time of payment contractor will produce the same. (vii) Oiling/greasing of bearing of all wheel LT/CT motion mechanism included in the quoted rate. (vii) Cleaning of all parts and rail/wheel of cranes complete all as specified and directed by the Eng-in-charge.

M & L for Load testing of EOT Gantry of 2.0 tonne capacity at 110% of full load including arrangement of dead load all T&P required for testing complete all as specified and directed directed by Engg in charge Note : (i) The load for load testing and shifting arrangement of load will be done by contractor and the rates for the same deemed to be included in quoted rates. (ii) The load testing for LT/CT/hoist motion will be done in the presence of MES Rep and User will be done by contractor and the record of load testing will be maintained duly signed by User and MES Rep.
