Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, build in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work with sub class `B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

20 mm thick, Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms/vertical wall clading etc and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including 10mm thick rendering (bedding layer/backing coat) on brick/concrete surface in cement mortor 1:4 etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rounding/moulding to edges of Kota stone slabs, marble stone, granite stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete, 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, 25mm thick, as in leveling coarse of flooring, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Chequered cement concrete tiles of size 20 cm x 20 cm x 25 mm (2.5Cm) thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors,with grey cement and pigment, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Vetrified Ceramic tiles (Dark Shade/double charged/ultera charge) 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exc 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 0.72 sqm, as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Colour and shade of tiles shall be approved by AGE(I) and contractor shall not have any claim whatsoever on this account.

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in floor as sub base concrete etc, complete all as specified and asdirected by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block coloured of selected quality, any shape and size with grey cement and no pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade over and including 25mm thick sand filling layer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated profile steel sheet 0.50mm thick of colour as approved by AGE(I), having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of colour as approved by AGE(I), having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to ridges, valley gutters etc. fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of old painted steel or steel based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in -Charge.

Preparation of old painted wooden or wood based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in -Charge.

M&L for preparing new plasted surfaces of walls, applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/litre and UV resistance asper IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including primingcoat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer -in -Charge.

Preparation of newly untreated steel or iron surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide or zinc chromate, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.50 metres clear span, steps, seismic and other similar bands, coping, bed plates for serving hold fasts, filling in mild steel frames etc. and the like including weathering slighting rounded or chamfered angles and throating, and use of form work (straight or curved), complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantaling boarding/false ceiling of any description fixed in any postion with nails, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. .

GI frame work size of grid 605 x 605 mm for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from sofit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasterner with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2m length) of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips acress the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to cnetre including hangers 6mm dia.GI (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed tp roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3mm size 60mm ling and expansion hold fasterner 12.5mm dia 40mm long including 4mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building boards fiuxed or laid/inserted to timber/GI frame work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note :- An amount of Rs.9,900.00 on account of credit schdule for Sch 'A' Part-II Shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
