M & L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth (without using extra cement)complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:-(i) The work will be carried out upto triple storey buildings and the cost of scaffolding is also included in this items

M & L for 10 mm thick rendering other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth (without using extra cement)complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:-(i) The work will be carried out upto triple storey buildings and the cost of scaffolding is also included in this items

Taking down cement plaster and decayed concrete of any description, upto triple storey of building from roof projection, chajjas etc and making good the decayed portion with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with integral water proofing compound or PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate including necessary form work/scaffolding and fixing of GI wire netting 0.90 mm dia and 12 mm mesh in pathes area n.exc 5.00 Sqmm where ever required and rendering with 15 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 , surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement using integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer,s instructionsand applying two coats of white wash/ colour wash/cement base paint/exterior emulsion paint to match the existing surface/finish complete all as specified & directed. NOTE:- Integral water proofing compound shall be measured & paid seprately.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered or un-plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls, cornices etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing down scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots, and applying one coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:-The work will be carried out in garages/storage sheda having height upto 10 M

M & L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling, cornices etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing down scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots, and applying one coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:-The work will be carried out in garages/storage sheda having height upto 10 M

M & L for preparing newly plastered or previously untreated wall surfaces and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of 1 mm thick birla wall care putty complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:-The work will be carried out upto triple storey buildings and the cost of scaffolding is also included in this items.

M & L for complete removal of old finishes from walls by scrapping, rubbing down, with sand paper to have even and smooth surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of 1 mm thick birla wall care putty complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:-The work will be carried out upto triple storey buildings and the cost of scaffolding is also included in this items

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall, cornices etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing down scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots, and applying one coats of weather proof paint complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:-Preparation of surfaces and external weather proof paint to be carried out Mechanically

M & L for complete removal of old finishes from walls by scrapping, rubbing down, with sand paper to have even and smooth surfaces and applying two coats of ‘Apex’ of Asian paint or ‘Weather coat’ of Berger Paints over one coat of primer in camouflange pattern complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:-(i) Preparation of surfaces to be carried out Mechanically. (ii) The work will be carried out upto height of 10 M and the cost of scaffolding is also included in this items

M & L for preparing newly plastered or previously untreated wall surfaces. and applying two coats of ‘Apex’ of Asian paint or ‘Weather coat’ of Berger Paints over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:-The work will be carried out upto height of 10 M and the cost of scaffolding is also included in this itemsand the cost of scaffolding is also included in this items

M&L for preparation of old painted wood and wood based surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth including knotting and stopping and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (any tint/Shade) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (any tint/shade) complete all as specified and directed

M & L for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) not exc. 30 cm high complete all as specified and directed.
