S&F in replacement MS bracket for street light fittings made out of 40 mm dia GI pipe of medium grade 1.5 mtr long each bent to required shape & size and fixed to pole with and including flat iron clamps 02 Nos made out of 32x6 mm flat iron including GI Nuts, bolts and washers and painting of clamps and street light brackets with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer and fittings bracket to street light fittings complete all as specefied and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully Unserviceable Street liight/Security light/High Mast light fitting from pole/Structure and repair/replacement of worn out part such as Driver,cleaning of fittings,cover,copper wire,clamps ,nuts and bolts, mounting bracket and re assembling the same after repair,testing and refixing in pole/other location including provision of necessery T & P like ladder/Boom Vehicle, tools ets as required for taking down and refixing of street light complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Replacement of defective spare parts of fitting (to make functional ) will be measured and paid separately as supply only. However, cost of replacement screws, nuts, bolts, and cleaning of fittings shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Cleaning the existing exposed surfaces of steel tubular pole of 9 mtr&11mtr long including cross arms, brackets, clamps etc and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (Aluminium shade) marking five black & white bands at lower portion of pole, each 300 mm wide alternately and marking pole No. with yellow paint on black base at suitable height complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, jointing & testing in replacement XLPE insulated, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable heavy duty with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 10 Sqmm 4 core laind in trenches or passing through pipe or fixed on poles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in excavated soil in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing of excavated soil to a distance n. exc. 50 mtr and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F double walled corrugated (DWC) pipe of size 77 mm including snap fit coupler conforming to IS14930 (Pt-II)/IS16205 Pt-II for protection of HT cable in under ground complete all as spd and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying and testing in replacement cable XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 1100 Volts grade cross sectional area 3.5 core x 50 Sq mm. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Provision of suitable double crimpped lugs and glands deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Supply and fix in replacement of automatic timer switch pole mounted enclosure consisting of ON/OFF switch based on LUX level, power contactor 40 Amps, 4 pole, MCB 40 Amps, TP - 03 Nos, enclosure made of rust proof, shock proof, conforming to IP -54 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) Inlet/outlet connecting cable PVC insulated aluminium stranded conductor 6 Sqmm, 4 single core for incoming & outgoing up to 8 Mtr deemed to be included in the unit rate. (ii) Provn of glands and lugs shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

MCB 4 Pole, 415 V, fixed type, 32Amp with breaking capacity 16 KA, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and installation in replecement of Hot dipped Octagonal galvanized iron pole 8 mtr height, with necessary Foundation RCC 1:1:5:3 with 8Nos.16 mm dia tor bar as main bars and 8mm dia.Tor bars strips@190mm c/c as this reinforcement shall confirm to IS : 1786 latest edition.The foundation shall extend above surroundings ground/drive way level for 200 mm and have DWC 63 mm dia,PVC sleeve cast foundation for cable entry,Excavation,RCC and reinforcement etc as per manufacturer recommendation and the cost of necessary foundation , steel bars , strip as per Manufacturer instructions, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down existing old PCC/Steel poles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Damaged poles shall be removed from the site as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Laying in replacement Galvanised iron steel tubes, ISI marked light grade of size 40 mm bore for cable protection along the poles under road under drains, laid in trenches/fixed on walls/poles with suitable clamps bolts nuts etc including taking down of old unserviceble pipe, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting to RCC poles 9/12 metre long at surface of any description over 10 CM grith or width, not otherwise described, prepare old or new untreated surface, old painted surfaces including priming cement based paints plaster with synthetic enameled paint coat and plastic emulsion coat over surface with two coats of aluminum paint including brackets, clamps, nuts bolts, washer etc, including making yellow and black strips alternatively (30 cm width each) on pole upto 1.5 metre from the ground level and marking of pole Nos with black paint having back ground yellow as per existing, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

LED lamp warm white/white 9 Watt (in replacement) complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make- Syska Cat Pt No- SSK-PAG-9W-2 IN 1 or as equivalent in bajaj/philips, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
