M&L for laying centrifugally cast (spun) DI pipes 250mm bore pipes with spigot & Socket ends,class K-9 conforming to IS 8329/2000 suitable for push on rubber gasket jointing with inside cement mortar lining and outside zinc coating with finishing layer of black bitumen coating duly ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for laying centrifugally cast (spun) DI pipes 150mm bore pipes with spigot & Socket ends,class K-9 conforming to IS 8329/2000 suitable for push on rubber gasket jointing with inside cement mortar lining and outside zinc coating with finishing layer of black bitumen coating duly ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing ERW MS pipe class 'B' of bore 250 mm having wall thickness 6 mm with permissible tolerance + 10% confirming to IS-3589, ISI marked with minimum tensile strength of 410 mega pascals and steel grade of Fe -410 alongwith flanged joints including nuts, bolts, washers, flanges etc, laid in trenches/ along road/on surface/ slopes/pillars/ culverts/ causeways etc, including connection with main and branch line of CI/DI/GI/MS pipes with fittings, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note :- (i) Flanges to be provided at every 6 m length or shorter length as directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Flange will be welded to the pipe and gasket to be provided between two flanges and will be fixed with 12 Nos of nuts and bolts (M20 Type) at each jointing. Flanges will be of IS-6392 specifications. The cost of flanges, nuts & bolts, gaskets and connecting of flanges to pipeline by welding will be deemed to be included in the quoted item rate. (ii) All standard fittings such as bends any type radius or angle, tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) TEE pieces single branch, 'Y' Junction, double branch, cross collars, cap and plugs, MS flanges complete bends, TEE pieces, collars, elbow, tail piece etc jointing are deemed to be included in the quoted item rate. (iii) Jointing of pipe line will be done through flange and circular welding as per directed by Engr-in-Charge. (iv) Excavation and earthwork will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for laying tubes medium grade galvanised with all fittings laid in trenches of size 80 mm bore including all fittings such as elbows, Tee, socket, union, reducers, etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Description all as per ser item No 7.00 but of size 50 mm bore, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Description all as per ser item No 7.00 but of size 40 mm bore, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Description all as per ser item No 7.00 but of size 25 mm bore, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement cast iron sluice valve suitable of size 250 mm (PN 1.6) ISI Marked with iron wheel head both end flanged, non rising type and jointing with the rubber or fibre board gasket complete with and including required nos size of nuts, bolts and washers including taking down the old existing, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing gun metal gate valve ISI marked cast copper alloy screwed down high pressure with clutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for union and fixed complete all as specified for the size 50 mm dia bore, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing gun metal gate valve ISI marked cast copper alloy screwed down high pressure with clutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for union and fixed complete all as specified for the size 25 mm dia bore, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing gun metal gate valve ISI marked cast copper alloy screwed down high pressure with clutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for union and fixed complete all as specified for the size 20 mm dia bore, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Bends. Tappers, Tee pieces ( single / double branch), any type and angle /radious and straight connecting pieces but all end flanged of the following sizes, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Upto 300 mm dia bore.

Upto 150 mm dia bore.

Material & labour for connecting pieces one end flanged and other socket or spigot and bell mouth pieces one end flanged other end tapering as bell mouth of size upto 150 mm dia bore, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cutting of existing road for crossing of MS/DI/CI/GI pipes for laying of any size pipes including necessary exacavation and earth work including repairing the same as per existing with pre mix bituminuos carpet, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for construction of stone masonary valve pit size 1.2 mtr x 1.2mtr x1.20 mtr (internal dimention) including stone work, PCC work and MS sheet work as per site requirment, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour cement concrete in foundation,filling and mass concrete type C2 1:3:6(40mm graded aggregate) for providing thrust block, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Brickwork with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in 1:3 in CM, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of bricks works or concrete surfaces in cement plaster and add or deduct to/from the rates for rendering for each 5mm thickness over or under 10 mm. (CP 1:3), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for machine pressed precast concrete inter locking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 grade, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, but lenth of bolt exc 5cm and n exc 10 cm long and diameter of neck 10mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Mild; posts and struts in fixing with pipes including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets, including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth,foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. and taking out/laying of pipe lines of soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers, each layer not exceeding 25cm thick after pipes have been laid and tested complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Construction of brick masonry valve pit chamber all as specified and including excavation and earth work in any type of soil plastering PCC in foundation MS sheet cover 3mm thick with locking arrangement 65mm dia lock : Godrej (Freedom) painting with two coats of bituminous paint etc complete of size 1000 x900 x 600 mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour cement concrete in foundation,filling andmass concrete type C2 1:3:6(40mm graded aggregate) for base 100mm thick concrete for bk pillar and providing thrust block, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting of existing water main 150mm bore in position for insertion of new Tees,branches etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections,including cleaning for refixing or removal to store of size 20mm dia & Refixing old steel tubing connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling,,floors, etc.), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Screwing existing steel tubing for alterations or additions (or lengthening screw on pipe to form connector 0f bore 40 to 50 mm size, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
