M&L for rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth, wall tiling including taking down plastering in cement mortor removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

M&L for double charged premium quality Vitrified tiles 9 to 10 mm thick light shade (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding Layer in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Joint free Non - skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry over screed bed of 15 mm thick 1:6 and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete.

M&L Glazed coloured ceramic tiles in verticle surfaces 450 x 300 x 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with backcoat of screed bed or bedding layer 10mm thick 1:4 and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified.

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50x47mm made of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube supply & fixing Sintex Polycon and equivalent complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/Ceosetory windows & other Frames/Chowkhat of size 45 x 70 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour Three track three panels sliding window with fly proof S.S wire mesh (Two nos. glazed & one no. wire mesh panels) made of (big series) frame 116 x 45 mm & sash 46 x 62 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead /double glazing bead of appropriate dimension comprising of uPVC multichambered frame, with inbuilt roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads and uPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. T profile (Onevertical length in between two shutters) (60mm x 74mm). S&F of 12 mm thick Toughned Glass Door with patch fittings with cover plate of SS304 Grade including Decorative type Stainless steel 304 grade floor Spring, fixing/moving arrangement at top, Stainless steel 2 Nos H Type Handles of 450 MM suitable size as directed, Fin Connect Patch Lock etc in each door, including cutting holes in any size in floor and wall complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : All fittings shall be Ozone or equivalent .

S&F 12mm thick toughned glass as in hinged doors, partitions automatic doors and similar work including cutting to shape, drilling holes required with patch fittings with cover plate of SS304 Grade, necessay accessories etc, all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F Solar control film 50 micron thick reflective type sticked to glass panes as per instructions of manufacturers complete all as specified.

S&F powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F powder coated Anodised aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc. complete all as specified

S&F aluminium sheet powder coated of thickness not less than 4mm thick to be in sealed as panel in aluminium door including fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour Three Track powder coated anodised aluminum frame and shutters for windows and ventilators with for anodised aluminium shutters for windows and ventilators with for anodised aluminium shutter two Nos fully glazed 5.5 mm thick tinted or plain glass with one No shutter having stainless steel mosquito proofing net 0.63 mm dia with 1.40 mm aperature with and including necessary rubber packing aluminium beading and necessary locking arrangement and powder coating of any colour (Thickness or powder coating not less than 50 micron) complete all as specified and directed. Sections of window shall be aluminium sections as follows:- (a) Three track frame bottom and top section 92 mm x 31.75 mm x 1.3 mm thick with weight 1.065 KG per RM. (b) Three track frame bottom and top section 92 mm x 31.75 mm x 1.3 mm thick with weight 0.929 KG per RM. (c) Shutter bottom and top 40 mm x 18 mm x 1.55 mm thick with weight 0.547 Kg per RM. (d) Shutter sides 40 mm x 18 mm x 1.55 mm thick with weight 0.547 Kg per RM. NOTE: (i) The rates shall be inclusive of supply & fixing of rubber packing / gasket, SS wire mesh & glass pane of suitable size and all necessary arrangemetn to fixing frame with brick wall / concrete surface. (ii) The rates shall be inclusive to make good the damage portion of brick wall / concrete surface with PCC 1:3:6 & CM (1:3) to match with existing surface.

Supply & fixing powder coated aluminium windows and ventilator shutters,sliding or fixed type without sash bars , aluminium section weighting 0.55 kg / m including necessary joining cleats , glazing clips ,roller, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading , screws,anodised aluminium fitting such as peg stays hinges,handle,locking device, louvers, rollers etc. complete all as specified. (Note:- Glass pane and mesh will be measured and paid separately )

The quoted rate against the above item shall also include (i) For provn of one shop coat of zinc chromate primer on all exposed steel surfacces and one oat tar on the ends of steel frame in contact with bricks/concrete surface. (ii) 04 Nos MS Steel Lugs of 20 x 5mm, MS flat 20 cm long over all welded to frames. (iii) PCC block for embedding lugs. (iv) 0.36 mm dia SS wire mesh. (v) 4mm thick sheet glass for window. (vi) Guard bars.

S&F Aluminium Powder coated designer grill of 5.5 mm dia and aperture of 75 mm fixed with and including including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and aluminium powder coated flat section of size 50 x 1.5 mm and suitable aluminium anodised frame F/H section complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Pressed steel frames (Factory made) made out of 1.25 mm thick black MS sheet for doors, with one or more rebates including necessary s&f lugs, Butt hinges, lock strike plate, etc complete, size of frame 125x60mm incl bottom of each chowkat to be welded with 2 nos 25x25x3mm thick flat iron projecting 10 cm on either side complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Pressed steel frames (Factory made) made out of 1.25 mm thick black MS sheet for doors, with one or more rebates including necessary s&f lugs, Butt hinges, lock strike plate, etc complete, size of frame 105 x 60mm incl bottom of each chowkat to be welded with 2 nos 25x25x3mm thick flat iron projecting 10 cm on either side complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35 mm thick, factory made 2nd class hardwood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepare to receive gauge etc (without sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for secruing glass/gauge etc size of member of shutter as specified in SSR Part-I Section 8 Clause 8.20(a), fitted to chowkats complete all as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work in CM 1:6 finished even and fair without using extra cement complete.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic eneamel painting over a coat of pink primer on new wooden surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel painting over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on new steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth including preparation of surface complete.
