Taking down street light fitting, flood light fittings 30/ 60/ 90/ 120/ 250 watts any type any wattage from Street tubular pole/ PCC Poles / Perimter wall poles dismantling and checking out serviceability of part / decarburising at the end of joint of PVC/XLPE cable and fixture's connector cable, circuit such as drivers, MCPCB etc. replacement of unserviceable parts with new parts including soldering with existing circuit board, reassembling and refixing in position including conneting, testing, complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) All UNSV accessories shall be replaced under respective items. (ii) Required T&P / Manpower / safety tools i.e ladder, crane, Elcn, helper, gloves, safety belt, helmet etc will be provided by the contractor without any extra cost.

S&F in replacement of driver suitable for LED light fitting 15 to 30 Watt, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of driver suitable for LED light fitting 45/60 Watt, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of driver suitable for LED light fitting 90/120 Watt, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of existing unsv street light fittings with LED street light fitting 45 Watts, IP-66, having pressure die cast alumnium alloy housing with heat resistant toughned glass with individual peanut LED lenses and Driver shall be IP-66 for water protection, including surge protection device 5 KV including making connections with PVC insulated and sheathed three core multi stranded aluminium conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of existing unsv street light fittings with LED street light fitting 70 Watts, IP-66, having pressure die cast aluminium alloy housing with heat resistant toughned glass with individual peanut LED lenses and Driver shall be IP-67 for water protection, including surge protection device 5 KV including making connections with PVC insulated and sheathed three core multi stranded aluminium conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of existing unsv street light fittings with LED street light fitting 90 Watts, IP-66, having pressure die cast aluminium alloy housing with heat resistant toughned glass with individual peanut LED lenses and Driver shall be IP-67 for water protection, having surge protection device 10 KV, including making connections with PVC insulated and sheathed three core multi stranded aluminium conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m deep for laying of underground cable and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying of bricks well burnt sub class B (old size) laid flat for cable protection width equal to the length of bricks, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for sand cushioning in trenches including spreading and consolidation in layers of 8cm thick before laying the cable & 15 cm thick after laying the cable and punned down to form a bed, complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Punned down thickness will be measured for payment.)

S&F junction box IP 65 with metric knockouts for cable entry up to 25 Sqmm, Box size 205x255x112mm with terminals including MCB SP 6A and fixed on pole with MS clamps including two coat of Aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing junction box IP 65 with metric knockouts for cable entry up to 50 Sqmm, Box size 255x355x122mm with terminals including MCB 4 pole 63A and fixed on pole with MS clamps including two coat of Aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of steel tubular LT poles with two coats of aluminium paint including painting to cross arms and clamps etc. including preparation of surfaces by scrubing and cleaning with wire brush, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for marking of pole serial number with black luminous words on luminous yellow round sticker as per approved sample, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement timer switch, 32 A, 240 Volts, single phase, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for electric / gas welding in panel / pole / any other work, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of unsv 1100 volts grade, 1.5 Sqmm 3 core PVC insulated and PVC round sheathed multicore bright annealed bare copper conductor cable including suitable size of copper lugs as per IS:694/1990, complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in replacemnt of PVC insulated and sheathed circular flexible copper conductor 1100 volts, of size 2.5 Sqmm 3 core from looping box to street light/panel wiring circuits complete all as per site requirements, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of GI pipe of size 50 mm dia, light grade, for housing / protection to the LT cables, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of street light bracket made out of 32mm nominal bore GI pipe, light grade, 1.2 metre long tilted to 30 degree angle on 4 metre length along with flat iron clamp of 40 x 4 mm size 750 mm long duly drilled made to shape the bracket complete with nut bolt and washers including applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of MCB SP 6A-32A, 240V, 10 kA breaking capacity, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of MCCB TP 63A, 415V, 16 kA breaking capacity, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairing broken coping of pole foundation by using PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in pole base upto the height of 50 cm from the ground level and 600mm dia including necessary form work and painting with oil bound distemper over a coat of primer and finishing the surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of MCCB 4 pole 63 Amp, 415V, breaking capacity 16 KA fixed thermal and magnetic setting, complete suitable for fixing inside of LT Panel / feeder pillar, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for street light timer switches, including testing and commissioning of NATURE switch for outdoor lighting automation using space grade sensors and an advances micro controller suitable for outdoor use having features automatic switching ON sunset, Automatic switching OFF at dawn, NO clock setting & time settings wide operating voltage range, high voltage trip and auto reset having specification 230 Volts, 50 Hz complete with all connected accessories of rating 12 KW 3 phase, current range 40 Amps, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & install steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-22 (8.50m long) including drilling of holes of required size and nos for fixing of cross arms, painting on exposed surfaces of poles with two coats of aluminium paint overtwo coats of zinc chrome primer and two coats of black bituminous paint internally for portion embelded in concrete marking five black & white bands at lower portion of pole each of 300 mm height at 300 mm spacing painting pole No with black paint at suitable height including dismantling of old poles any type and any size, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation /earth work in any type of soil/strata, PCC in foundation, plinth block /coping, etc. shall be measure and paid for separately under respective item.

M&L for plain Cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for coping including formwork etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of MS clamps fabricated of flat iron 40mm x 5mm x 5mm drilled, welded, bent to shape made in holes suitable for steel tubular /PCC poles including nuts, bolts / washers and painting two coats of aluminium paint over one coat primer, complete all specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of GI clamps fabricated of GIalvanised iron of size 70 mm x 15 mm x 2mm drilled on both ends, suitable for mounting the PVC / XLPE cables on perimeter wall including and painting two coats of aluminium paint over one coat primer, complete all specified and directed.

S&F feeder pillar board kiosk type, LT (415 Volts, 50 Hz, 3 Phase, 4 wire supply) floor mounted, factory assembled, outdoor type weather and vermin proof (Protection class IP-54) made out and 3.15mm thick MS sheet CRCA sheet aluminium bus bar of 200 Amps capacity with hinged opening, rubber lining, locking arrangement, painted externally and internally with two coats of synthetic enemel grey paint first quality ovar a coat of red oxide primer including the provision of the following :- (a) MCCB 4 Pole, 100 Amps, rupturing capacity 25 kA, 440 Volts, adjustable type - 01 Nos as incoming. (b) MCCB 3 Pole , 63 Amps, rupturing capacity 16 kA, 440 Volts, adjustable type - 05 Nos as outgoing (e) Indicator LED phase lamps 03 Nos (R, Y, B)- 01 Set. (f) Volt meter 0-500 Volts with selector switch- 01 No (g) Ammeter 0 - 300A with selector switch with CT- 01 No. (h) Platform for the feeder pillar board with PCC 1:2:4, 15 cm thick in foundation , brick (sub class B) work in CM 1:6, rendering in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in padding on top and grouting legs of panel. The platform shall be 450mm high above the ground level.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galavanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below gound level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 m below normal gound level connected to galvanised steel earth strip of size 32x6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galavanised iron/steel and conneted to main control board as directed and including proivison of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 pre cost RCC earth pit cover reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 150mmc/c of size 54cmx54cmx8cm with two handle for lifting made out of 8mm dia MS bar, provision of funnel, wire mesh, 20mm bore galavanised steel tubing (med grade) for watering. Charcoal 250 Kg and salt 200 Kg in alternate layers, 40mm bore galavanised steel tubing light grade for protection of earth lead connection including necessary excavation and earth work and testing complete all as shown on electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I. Note : Earth strip and protection pipe upto 7.5m is included in the unit rate of this item. Contractor shall quote his rate accordingly.

Deduction to be made from BOQ for Schedule 'A' Part-II (Credit Schedule from dismentling / taking down items) worth Rs 1,64,470.00 during AOC. (Note :- Tenderers shall not quote for this Schedule)
