Supply, install, testing and commissioning of LT feeder piller box outdoor type made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet and MS angle iron frame with weather proof canopy, mounted on PCC pedestal, cubical type, front and rear side openable, compartment type with hinged door ligting lugs 2 Nos, earthing strips at rear side, bottom detachable gland plate complete with suitable size zinc and passivated nut, bolts spring and washers and locking arrangement for each compartment, provision of air vent, dust and vermin proof, provision of cable alley with 400 amps rated aluminium bus bar having 1100 volts grade sleaving and internal connection should be provided with aluminium strips of suitable size and to accommodate and including the following MCCBS duly painted with 2 coats powder coating over a coat of anticorrosive red oxide primer should accommodate the following accessories. (a) MCCB 4 pole 100 Amps 25 KA (incoming) -01 Nos (b) MCCB 3 pole 63 Amps 16 KA (outgoing) -02 Nos (c) MCCB 3 pole 40 Amps 16 KA (outgoing) -01 Nos (d) Digital Ammeter with suitable CTs rang and selector switch-1 set (e) Digital Volt meter 0-500V with selector switch-1 set (f) LED type indication lamps with switches and fuses (R,Y,B) - 1 set Note: (i) The rate quoted is inclusive of necessary CTs, control wiring and instrument fuse holder.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15 CM thick packed layer of charcoal and common salt alternatively upto 90CM and connected with and including GI strip of size 32x6 mm by means of bolts,nuts,checknuts,and washers 40mm bore GI pipe light grade from earth plate upto testing point for protection of strip and 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade with wire mesh and funnel for watering including necessary excavation and earthwork PCC chamber (1:3:6) type C2 with RCC cover complete all as shown in electrical plate no 3 of MES schedule Part I of SSR Part I(2009) complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge. Notes:(i) RCC pit cover shall be pre cast of RCC(1:2:4) type B 40mm thick reinforcement with 8mm TOR steel @ 100 C/C in leiu of CI cover and the rate includes in the unit rate of item (ii) Earth electrode shall be protected upto test point using necessary arrangement with suitable size GI pipe and the rate includes in the unit rate of item. (iii) Earth pit chamber and RCC cover shall be painted with red paint over a primer coat and the rate includes in the unit rate.
