Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) area not exceeding 1.50 square metre each, including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts or dismantling brick work (holes cut and any other damage to jambs, walls for taking out hold fast shall be finished identical to existing finish without any extra cost to Govt.), complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per item No 06 above but area exceeding 1.50 square metre and not exceeding 4 square metre each complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Rendering 15 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces of walls in CM (1:4) including finishing the surfaces fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 by using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 by using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base floor complete all as specifed and as directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new wall surfaces and applying two coat of cement base paint over one coat primer. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying 1 mm thick layer of wall putty on walls to give uniform surface, surface scrubed with emery paper and make surface good and clean complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new or old surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for two or more coats of Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Vitrified tiles light Shade 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

M & L Vitrified tiles light Shade 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, in vertical surfaces as in skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for Dura stone heavy duty vitrified tiles of size not exc 0.36 Sqm of 10-12mm thick as in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement to match the surface including screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specifed and as directed.

S&F solid PVC wall lining consisting of 5mm thick wood grain printed PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site including all fixing accessories like PVC frames/fillets etc on PVC frame complete all as specified and directed.

10-12 mm thick gypsum boards seemess false ceiling including sunk or raised moulding or cop design as approved, moisture resistant, including GI hanging wires & frames with intermediate, perimeter channel ceiling channel, along nuts and bolts connecting plates gypsum boards, dry wall screws soffits cleats, ceiling section, rawel plugs fixtures and screws and applying two coats of emulsion paint over a coat primer on exposed surface complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) Design of ceiling board as approved by Engr-in-Charge. (b) GI grid/hanging system shall be of the same make as of false ceiling manufacturer complete all as specifed and as directed.

Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white/coloured Casement door with 3D hinges made of (big series) frame 67 x 64 mm & sash 67 x 110 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension. Comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame, sash and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, zinc alloy (white powder coated) 3D hinges and one handle on each side of panels along with zinc plated mild steel multi point locking having transmission gear, cylinder with keeps and one side key, G.I. fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws, etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge. (Glass shall be paid separately).

Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white/coloured Three track three panels sliding window with fly proof S.S wire mesh (Two nos. glazed & one no. wire mesh panels) upto 1.50m height made of (big series) frame 116 x 45 mm & sash 46 x 62 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension. Comprising of uPVC multichambered frame, with inbuilt roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads and uPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Glass or wiremesh shall be paid separately) Note: For uPVC frame and sash extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made

S&F 5mm toughned glass (etching desgin on glass as approved by Engr in Charge) as in hinged doors, partitions, windows, doors and similar work including cutting to shape, drilling holes required including all connected accessoried etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specifed and as directed.

Venetian blinds vertical roller type using 100mm wide fabric blinds of approved colour/ shade and pattern including operating arrangement such as rolling type or chord/ thread, counter weight, connecting chain etc., and necessary fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully, copper/ aluminum point wiring (light, fan, socket or power/ LED Light fittings) complete fitting such as switch, sockets, ceiling rose, pendants socket any type, rectangular board terminal boxes etc and making good disturbed surfaces of walls floors and ceiling complete all as directed.Keeping the LED lights in safe custody complete all as specifed and as directed.

Point wiring for one light/ fan/bell point controlled by one switch using 1.5 Sq mm FRLS copper conductor cables (multistanded) PVC insulated and unseathed in and including PVC concealed conduit as per site requirement (thickness not less than 1.5mm and 20mm dia), medium grade with Modular sunken boxes & PVC back plate for mounting modular type switches, sockets & regulators etc with front plate modular type including supplying and laying PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts coppper conductor cable 1.5 Sq mm as earth wire stranded and conected to earth dolly as specified.Note:- Cutting and making same the wall patchs after laying the wire and conduit using putty, white wash and distamper. The surface should be made smooth using putty and should match exactly with the existing wall finish.
