S & F flange plates of size 25 mm dia suitable for flat plate collectors incuding taking down old unseviceable flange plate complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs thermostat for solar water heating plant suitable size and ratings etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs flexible heat resistance rubber pipe (from inter connect plate collector to hot water tank) of size 25 mm to 32 mm dia etc with fixing clamp etc complete all as specified.

Taking down the Solar water heater collector from its position, removing the top glass of collector and carry out welding/brazing work to the collector and arresting the leakages in the collector, refixing top glass back, testing for satisfactory function including servicing, descaling etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for sub main wiring with two run of 2.5 sqmm single core multi stranded PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor (red for phase and black for neutral) of grade 1100 volt FRLS cable in and including electrical grade PVC conduits of desired colour not less than 1.2 mm thick and of 25 mm dia & 1.5 sqmm copper conductor cable PVC unsheathed green coloured for earthing with complete accessories duly connected with earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed including taking down old unserviceable one all as specified and directed.

Repair, maintenance and servicing of storage type electric water heater (geyser) of capacity 25 to 50 litres comprising of the following tasks at different locations including taking down, transportation to work shop, opening the geyser, replacement of defective spares and reinstalling the same including testing as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-(a) Inspection of geysers includes taking down, transporting to works shop for repair, (dismantling) opening descaling, brushing cleaning of storage tank. (b) Check and correct earth continuity of electrical items. (c) Replacement of neon lamp / indicator lamp if defective. (d) Inspect over flow/vent pipes and remove blockage/ obstructions if any. (e) Examine water tightness tank after cleaning and necessary measures to make the same water tight if not. (f) Check thermostat for its proper functioning. (g) Visual examination of fusible plug to ensure its intactness. (h) Checking of dead weight type high pressure release valve ( PRV ) by removing dead weight protection cleaning the seat and ensuring that the vent hole is not blocked / chocked. j) Descalling of the immersion type heating element and cleaning with diluted hydrochloric acid and refixing. k) Checking and adjustments of pressure reducing valves, carrying out operation of all stop cocks & ensure free movement of all working parts. l) Replacement of he rubber/PVC gasket to ensure water tightness. m) Testing of Geysers after repairs. n) Replacement of plug and top to refixing with new.

Supply only heating element with rubber washer ('O' ring) cap 1.5KW/2 KW, trangular/round any type of geyser and any make of geyser complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only indicator bulb neon round / square type single phase 230 Volt complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only safety plug 15mm ( brass ) for geyser cap 25/50 Ltr complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only thermostat 30°C to 70°C, 230 volts complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L to repair the leakge of copper/steel inner tank of geysers of any capacity by gas welding/brazing for water tightness complete and test under pressure.

S&F gasket rubber ring for heater plate of any size geyser complete all as specified directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only non return valve (NRV) brass of 15mm bore, after dismantling old unserviceable NRV of any size all as specified and directed.

Taking down loose geysers of any capacity from wall & shifting to new place within 1 to 1.5m distance (available in same location) , refixing the geysers complete with fastners and grouting of bolts & all necessary pipe connections and making good the disturbed wall surfaces all as directed. Note :- GI tubing if required shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F removing old unserviceable geyser deposit to MES store ,also taken geyser MES store and fitting geyser same location all as specified and directed. Note : Only gyser will be issued by MES store.

Supply and fixing in repairs MCB SPN 32 Amp, 240 volts, 50Hz, C series of breaking capacity 10 KA, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs MCB SP 20 Amp, 240 volts, 50Hz, C series of breaking capacity 10 KA, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC connection 450 mm long complete with brass nut, washers, seals, etc suitable for hot & cold water fixed in repairs complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC connection 600 mm long complete with brass nut, washers, seals, etc suitable for hot & cold water fixed in repairs complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F multi core round PVC insulated copper conductor PVC sheathed cable, 1100 volts grade cable 3 core 2.5 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F switch socket combination but 15A/16A, 5 in 1 flush type universal with fuse & neon incator including taking down old u/s socket outlet of any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Bib taps, 15mm dia fancy type, with crutch or butterfly handle screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass furrule and fixed in repairs complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs for stop valve/angle valve cast copper alloy, screw down high pressure, crutch handle screwed both end for iron pipe, fancy type, chromium plated for 15mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing 15mm bore dia and connection, including for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 15 mm dia bore galvanized steel water tubing ,"medium grade", together with all fittings (ISI marked) such as elbows, bends tees,nipple,union sockets,scokets etc and shorts pieces and fixed complete to walls and ceilling or laid in floors/trenches complete including taking up or down old GI tubing all as specified.

Supply only geyser water (inlet/outlet) assembly brass for geyser cap 25 Ltr of any type and any make of Geyser complete all as specified directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only geyser water (inlet/outlet) assembly brass for geyser cap 50 Ltr of any type and any make Geyser complete all as specified directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only top/bottom plate of size suitable for 25 litres capacity geyser with new machine screws complete all as specified and as directed. Make: As per recommendation of manufacturer's of Geyers of approved makes

Supply only top/bottom plate of size suitable for 50 litres capacity geyseras per existing type and make with new machine screws complete all as specified and as directed

Supply only Copper tube heavy duty 1/2" dia complete all as specified and as directed. Make: As per recommendation of manufacturer's of Geyers of approved makes
