Salient features of transformer are as under:- (a) Transformer shall be oil immerse, naturally self cooled cooper wound, winding core type, MS radiator cool tank compete with first fill of transformer oil plus 5% spare oil as per IS 335 of 1993. the temperature of oil shall not rise more than 50 degree centigrade and 55 degree centigrade of winding. Transformer shall be painted with 2 coats of epoxy paint as per IS-632.
(b) The following standard accessories shall also be provided:-
(i) Rating and diagram plate. (ii) Earthing terminals 2 Nos.
(iii) Lifting lugs . (iv) Thermometer pocket.
(v) Air release hole with plug. (vi) Tap changer with locking provision.
(vii) Conservator with oil indicator. (viii) Castors with locking provision.
(ix) Silica Gel breather complete. (x) MS terminal box both on HT and LT site.
(xi) Oil temperature indicator with maximum & minimum temperature rise indicator.
(xii) Plain breathing device which would not permit ingress of rain water and insects.
(xiii) Drain-cum-sampling valve (3/4" nominal size thread) preferably steel with plug,
(xiv) Oil filling hole (1-1/4" Nominal size thread) with cover (for transformers without conservator)

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning step down, 11/.433KVA (at no load) transformer, copper wound, outdoor type complete with standard fittings, plateform mounted, HT 11 KV 3 Phase, LT 433 volts, 3 Phase 4 wire with off load tapings on HT side to vary secondary voltage up to ±7.5% with step ± 2.5% including suitable cable entry boxes on LT and bushings on HT side complete in all respects with standard accessories Dy -11 connection of capacity 63 KVA complete all as specified and directed.
