Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. Thermo - Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe- 500D or more, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royaltiy, malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six coarse sand), including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including all incidentals. Random rubble masonry with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level and upto all floor level, including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (one cement: six coarse sand: twelve graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) at window sills, ceiling level and the like. Cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six coarse sand), including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including all incidentals. Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including all incidentals. Fixing chowkhats in existing opening including embedding chowkhats in floors or walls cutting masonry for holdfasts, embedding hold fasts in cement concrete blocks of size 15 x 10 x 10 cm (Fifteen into ten into ten centimeter) with cement concrete 1:3:6 (One cement : three coarse sand : six graded stone) aggregate 20 mm (twenty millimeter) nominal size, painting two coats of approved wood preservative to sides of chowkhats and making good the damages to walls and floors as required complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge, including all incidentals. Door chowkhats

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m center to center, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer in- charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose . The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including all incidentals. Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. 50 mm average thickness, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royaltiy, malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Drilling suitable holes for dowel bar in reinforced or plain cement concrete with power driven drill machine to a minimum depth of 100mm upto 200mm in RCC beams, lintels, columns and slabs to introduce steel bars including fixing the steel/dowel bars in position using epoxy resin anchor grout of approved make but excluding the cost of steel, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. up to and including 12 mm dia. for all depth, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royaltiy, malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Cleaning of exposed concrete surface of sticking material including loose and foreign material by sand blasting with coarse sand followed by and including cleaning with oil free air blast, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royaltiy, malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Shotcreting on masonry walls, R.C.C. columns, beams and slabs etc. in layers with approved design mix concrete having the specified minimum characteristic compressive strength [with ordinary portland cement, coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 10 mm maximum size in proportion as per design criteria] including the cost of centering and shuttering at edges and corners etc. as directed by Engineer- in- Charge Note: Rates shall include the providing necessary ground wires etc. The levelling gauges, if used, shall be paid for separately. Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding/tapping with a blunt metal instrument. 50 mm thick in Grade M 30 with cement content not less than 340 kg per cum, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including all incidentals. Providing and inserting 12mm (twelve millimeter) dia. Galvanised steel injection nipple in hoeny comb area and along crack line including drilling holes of required dia. ( 20mm to 30mm) upto depth from 30mm to 80mm at required spacing and making the hole & crack dust free by blowing compressed air, sealing the distance between injection nipple withadhesive chemical of approved make and allow it to cure complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including all incidentals. Cleaning the existing reinforcement with wire/rotary wire brush making the surface free from loose material dirt etc. complete. Applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer (confirming to ASTM B 117 or equivalent) on the rebars. Then applying IPNET RB on exposed reinforcement in two coats with time interval of minimum four hours between each coat. The application shall be done by brush.(Mode of measurment -per sqm. of breaking area of concrete), including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including all incidentals. Providing and applying a bonding coat of 1.5 Cement: 1 Pidicrete URP or approved equivalent construction chemical to the existing dismantled/ cleaned surface, complete at all levels, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including all incidentals. Epoxy pressure grouting: inside voids should be treated and sealed with impermeable non shrinkage low viscous epoxy grouting materials (wich are threatning the structural integrity or water tightness with mix density of 1.05 Kg/liter and Compressive strength (ASTM C579) of 70 Mpa at 7 days) and then it should be levelled with polymer mortar concrete (PMC). (pressure gauge shall be provided to show delivery pressure of grouting material- vary from 4Kg/cm2 to 6 Kg/cm2 depending upon site condition, as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including all incidentals. Supplying and injecting into Cracks / Honey Comb approved epoxy base grouting material as per instructions and specifications of the manufacturer. The injection will be done by gun/pump at required pressure including cutting of nipples after curing etc. as per Specifications- Acceptable product make : Pidilite/CICO/CIBA/ FOSROC/ Fairmate or equivalent, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including all incidentals. Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including all incidentals. 52 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping, under layer 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and top layer 12 mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement hardener mix: 2 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) by volume, hardening compound mixed @ 2 litre per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacturer's specifications.
