Providing laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mm ( twenty millimeter) compacted thickness, composed of Type-A 13.2mm ( thirteen decimal two millimeter) to 5.6mm ( five decimal six millimeter) aggregate at the rate of 0.27 cubic metre (Zero point two seven cubic metre) mixed with penetration grade Bitumen VG-10 (VG-Ten ) at the rate 14.6 Kilogram (fourteen point six kilogram) per ten square metre of road surface to required line grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing and heating binder and aggregate in Hot Mix Plant 30/40 (Thirty / Forty) tonne per hour capacity, transporting mixed material with tipper and laying with paver finisher to the required grade, camber and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 (Eighty-Hundred) KN static road roller Capacity finished to required level and grades to be followed by a seal coat as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause 508 as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge excluding the cost of tack coat and seal coat, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental . The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying seal coat for sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to specified level grade and cross fall using type-B as per technical specification clause 510 premixed with 6.8 kg ( six point eight kilogram) Bitumen VG-10 (VG-Ten ) with 0.06 ( zero point zero six) cubic metre of fine aggregate per 10 Sqm. ( Ten square metre) heated in mini hot mix plant and laying manually of mixed material and rolling with power road roller 8-10 ( eight to ten capacity) as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material labour and equipment required to execute the work to the site of work complete in all respect, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental . The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
