Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen ( RS-I) using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0. 30 kg per sqm (zero point two five to zero point three zero) on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge .

Providing and laying 25 mm (twenty five millimetre) thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 40-60 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheel, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects ncluding carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge .

Providing and applying 2.5 mm (two point five mellimetre) thick road marking strips (retro- reflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semiautomatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge .

Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign board with logo as per MORD specification and drawing 3 (three) MS plate of 1.6 mm (one point six milimetre) top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25x5 mm (twenty five into five millimetre) size on back on edge. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25x25x5mm ( twenty five into twenty five into five millimetre) of 12 (tweleve) SWG steel tube post duly embedded in cement concrete. M-15 grade blocks of 450x450x600 mm (four hundred fifty inti four hundred fifty into six hundred millimetre) , 600 mm (six hundred millimetre) below ground level . The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47x47 mm (forty seven into forty seven millimetre) of 12 (tweleve) SWG steel plate tube . All MS will be stove enameled on both side. Lettering and painting arrows border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic quality in required shade and colour. All section of frame post and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats epoxy paint as per drawing and technical specification clause 1701 and 1700.1 including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge .

Providing and fixing of citizen information board as per specification and drawing two M.S. plate 1.6 mm thick (one point six millimetre) duly welded with M.S. angle iron frame of 25 mm x 25 mm x 5 mm (twenty five into twenty five into five millimetre) on edges , supported with 2 (two) nos vertical post and 2 (two) nos horizontal post mase of 75 mm x 75 mm (seventy five into seventy five millimetre) of 12 (tweleve) SWG sheet tubes duly embedded in and including cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 600 mm x 600 mm x 750 mm (six hundred into six hundred into seven hundred fifty millimetre) below ground level. All M.S . will be stove enameled on both side Lettering and painting with ready mixed synthic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All section of framed post and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per specification including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge .
