The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing weep holes in brick masonry / Stone masonry / plain/reinforced concrete in retaining walls, breast walls and the like with 110mm ( One hundred ten millimetre) ) dia PVC pipe Finolex/ Supreme having pressure not less than 4.00 Kg/Cm² ( four kilogramme per centimetre square ) extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1(V):20(H) ( One vertical : twenty horizontal ) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification 2014 clause 614, 709, 1204.3.7 (six hundred fourteen, seven hundred nine, one thousand two hundred four point three point seven) with in all leads and lifts and carriage of material by all modes of transportation as per the direction of Engineer- in-chrage. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4 mm (four Millimetres) diametre G.I. wire confirming to IS:280 and IS:4826 in 100mmx 100mm (one hundred millimeter into one hundred millimetre) mesh (woven diagonally) including 10 % (Ten Percent) extra for laps and joints laid with stones boulders weighting not less than 25 kg.(twenty five kilogram) each as per drawing and technical specificifications clause 1301 and carriage of material by all modes of transportation as per the direction of Engineer- in-chrage. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in sub structures , drains and open foundation for all type of structures complete of plain cement concrete Grade M-10 (M-ten) Design Mix cement on ground or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/depths including the cost of form work as per drawings and MORD technical specification 2014 clause 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 (Eight hundred two, Eight hundred three, one thousand two hundred two and one thousand two hundred three) as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete mechanically mixed and vibrated in open foundation retaining walls, breast walls and like substructures etcetra complete as per drawings nominal mix 1:4:8 (One cement : four sand : eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimetre) nominal size) including cost of form work and curing complete without plum as per HPPWD specification complete in all respect including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface with scarifing machine upto to a depth of 150 mm (one hundred fifty millimetre) and disposal of scarified material as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge and carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Compacting the orginal ground supporting Sub grade Loosening of the ground upto a level of 300 mm (three hundred millimeter) below the subgrade level, watered, graded and compacted in layers to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 for subgrade construction as per MoRD Technical Specification 2014 Clause 303.5.2. including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with Tractor mount grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC (optimum moisture contenet), and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete MORD technical specification 2014 Clause 401. (four hundred one) complete as per Technical Specifications. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to WMM (wet mix macadam) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC (optimum moisture content) in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN ( Eighty to One hundred kilo newton)weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etcra as per Tables 400.11 and 400.12 (four hundred point one one and four hundred point one two) and MoRD Technical Specification 2014 Clause 406 (four hundred six) complete as per including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen Emulsion (SS-1 (slow setting -one) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.70 to 1.00kg/sqm (Zero point seven zero to one point zero kilogram per square metre ) using mechanical means as per MORD technical specification 2014 Clause 502 (five hundred two) complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 Kg to 0.30 Kg per sqm (Zero point two five kilogram to zero point three zero kilogram) per square metre) on prepared granular surface erected with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as perMORD technical specification 2014 clause 503 (five hundred three) complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam using VG-30 (Thirty) with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 (seventy five) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5 (four to four point five) per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 25mm (Twenty five millimetre) thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 (One hundred to one hundred twenty)TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 ( Seventy five) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler specified material using VG-30 ( Thirty) at the rate 5.4 (five point four ) per cent of mix prepared with addition of silane Nanotechology (ZycoTherm) at the rate of 2% ( two percent) by weight of bitumen in bitumen and filler as per job mix formula, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause 507 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying (to level and slopes) 900mm dia (Nine hundred millimetre dia metre) reinforced cement concrete heavy duty non pressure pipe I.S. class NP-3 (Three) for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collars with cement mortar 1:2 (One cement : two sand) but excluding the cost of excavation, protection work, back filling, concrete and masonry work in head walls and parapets as per drawing and MoRD technical specification 2014 clause 1108 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Randam rubble Stone masonary in cement mortor 1:6 (One Cement : six sand) in sub structure complete as per drawing and MoRD technical specification 2014 clause 1303.3 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying Rubble Stone Flooring laid over cement concrete bedding complete as per drawing and MoRD technical specification 2014 clause -1303 (one thousand three hundred three) in cement mortor 1:3 ( one cement : three sand) including cement concerte bedding 10 cm (Ten Centimetre ) thick in M-10 and stone spalls to be measured and paid for separatly complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of dry rubble masonary for retaining walls, breast walls, revetment walls and parapets etc. for sub structure and super sturcture complete as per drawing and MoRD technical specification 2014 clauses 704.6 and 1302.5 as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and erecting "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm (three millimetre) thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm ( seventy centimetre) above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC (Indian Standard medium channel) series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm ( one hundred fifty into seventy five into five millimetre )spaced 2 m ( two metres) centre to centre, 1.80 m (one point eight zero metre) high, 1.10 m ( one point one zero metre) below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 (Indian standard : one thousand three hundred sixty seven) and IS:1364 (Indian standard : one thousand three hundred sixty four), metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm ( one hundred fifty into seventy five into five millimetre), 330 mm ( three hundred thirty millimetre) long complete as per clause 810 (eight hundred ten). including the cost of formwork, excavation and providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 ( one cement : two sand : four graded stone Aggregate 20 mm (twenty millimeter ) nominal size) for fixing vertical post and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge(cost of excavation and providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 ( one cement : two sand : four graded stone Aggregate 20 mm (twenty millimeter ) nominal size) to be paid for separately ) including carriage of material through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. 3 mm ( three millimetre) thick corrugated sheet metal rail and vertical post of channel and all G. I. (Galvanised Iron) accesseries for fixing including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and laying road marking paint with hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm ( two point five milimetre ) thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm ( two hundred fifty gram per square metre ) area, thickness of 2.5 mm ( two point five milimetre ) is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. The road marking paint should be of auto mark /road mark india and glass beads made of Potters/ Sobbeietec. Payment shall be released to contractor after production of bill including entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications and the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax , GST or other taxes imposed by the Govt.

Providing and fixing dual directional retro-reflective cat eyes studs made from high quantity colour less retro-reflective mini boards embeded to 6mm (Six millimetre) high impact plastic eyes of dia 16mm (Sixteen milimetre) containing 7( Seven) beads to each studs making a total of 42 (Forty Two) beads housed on both sides in a strong aluminium casted stud of size 10x10cm (Ten x Ten centimetre) provided with a mild steel zink plated nail of hammering, made green lite onlyncluding entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and fixing 80mm (Eighty millimetre) heavy duty precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks manufactured by the help of Hydro vibratory machine having compressive strength of M-40 (M-Forty) grade as per IS-15658-2006. of N.T.C. ( National Tile Corporation) GICO ,NITCO make including border or curve block grey or coloured. The paver shall be laid on 30mm (Thirty millimetre) sand filling compacted as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malakana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43(forty-three) grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (M-thirty Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm (twenty five millimeter) , mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum (Zero point two zero cubic metre) capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 (one hundred twenty five) micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14- (fourteen) days, using curing compound ( where specified ) and wa ter finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and MoRD Technical specification 2014 clause 1501 including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.
