S & F for 6 mm thick ACP sheet for aluminium door shutters fixed with screws to timber frame work aluminium snap beading as per site requirement as in repair complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 4.80 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square. exc. 0.5sq.m in each pane including hacking out from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips and providing and fixing new ones complete all as specified.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick on brickwork or concrete surfaces or surface other than fair face of brickwork in CM (1:4) finished even & smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

Repair /maintenance of emergency breakdown of existing internal water supply and fixing water supply pipes of size 15/20 mm of any description under upto 5-8 feet snow during winter season and making internal water supply system through by using blow lamp or by replacing defective pipes/Small GI fittings (elbow/Tee/socket/nipple etc)/Gate valve/ stop valve etc including T&P at Palchan Transit camp station all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. The location/ building/complex where work is to be carried out will be informed and given as per complaints received during winter season:- (a) 217 transit camp Palchan, complete area. (b) Old Transit Camp Palchan. NOTES: (i) The Contractor will employe a Supervisor. The Supervisor so employed shall report to the concerned JE for attending complaints and to give feed back and also to receive day to day internal water supply Complaints and necessary instructions for smooth running of the internal water supply system. (ii) He will arrange sufficeint labour and T&P to remove 5-8 feet snow and clearing site for plumber to address the complaint with in 12 hrs after complaint received. Plumber deployed by the contractor will replace the pipes/Small GI fittings (elbow/Tee/socket/nipple etc)/Gate valve/ stop valve etc. make water supply through by melding frozen pipes using blow lamp or any other means as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (iii) For any default/delay in attending the complaints recovery shall be effected as per contract conditions provided here-in-after. (iv) T & P and blow lamp as requiered for the work shall be arranged by the contractor without any extra cost to the deptt. (v) Supervisor engaged by the contractor shall take all necessary preventative safety measures and adequate precautions to avoid any health hazard to work in extreme cold weather conditions and department shall not be held responsible for any unwanted incidence. (Material used in complaint will be measured and paid separately under respective items)

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F mild steel rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails, water tank staging and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates Fe 410 -W (GdeE- 250) quality-A, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, thickness roof coverings complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F Pre-painted gaivatume aluminium sheet (AZ-150 ) zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 1000 Ltrs capacity rotational moulded polythene water storage tanks(Cylindrical vertical with closed type) hoisted and fixed in position including taking down exising tank complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

S&F 500 Ltrs capacity rotational moulded polythene water storage tanks(Cylindrical vertical with closed type) hoisted and fixed in position including taking down exising tank complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

S&F in repair 20mm bore Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated brass rod & highdensity plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 20 mm - 210gms)

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, incl cleaning of tank etc. and hoisted if required reconnecting and refixing in position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of steel surfaces exceeding 10 cm with or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position and removing surplus spoil where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and directed

M&L for Hard core of gauge n.exc 63mm, with broken stone aggregate, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thick, watered to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC type C-2, (1:3:6) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floor/plinth protection complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2 :4 type B1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like incl necessary form work all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia & over,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, footing ,hooking ends & binding with & including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mmdia or securing with clips quality all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified.

M&L Joint free coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450x300x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the shade over and incl 10 mm rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/ractangular ) joint free tiles, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match inclucing 15mm thick screed bed or bedding in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed

S&F 0.63mm thick Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cleaning of blockage of WCs, EWCs, WHBs, kitchen sink, traps & PVC/CI pipe line upto first manhole, manually by rodding or by pumping, etc and removing the deposited sludge/ solid/liquid material, outside MoD land, complete all as directed.

Taking out solid content from sump/Soakage pits/septic tank and sewage lines in foul conditions and confined places, either manually or by pumping cleaning thoroughly incl disposal of liquid/solid content out of the Defence Area and covering the borrow pits with 10 cms thick layer of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr –in-Charge. ( Note : Net contents of sludge shall be measured at the time of removal and paid. Quoted rate of tenderer is deemed to be inclusive of dewatering as required and nothing extra shall be paid to the contractor on this account).

Dismantling timber scantlings in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc. under 40 sq. cm in section complete all as specified and directed.
