M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of old surface including scrapping down by mechanical sander with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by manufacture smoke soot, mould, moss and efflorescent salt and trading oil and greasy spoutes and cleaning with water on wall and preparation of plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over 02mm thick wall putty for smooth surface applied using airless spray technology and capable of operating single spray gun with a suitable hose length the spray machine should be reputed manufacture with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure as well as paint and primer usage complete all as specified and as directed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge. Note: Work shall be executed by the authorised agency subject to prior apporvel of AGE(I).

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

M&L rendering 10mm thick in internal surface of wall in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed

M & L rendering 05 mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 on ceiling etc, finishing the surface and even and Smooth without using extra Cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing comound

M&L for applying three coats of white wash on newly plastered surface as in ceiling including preparation of surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of old painted wood or wooden based surfaces by rubbing with abrasive paper etc of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer (pink primer), complete all as specified.

Preparation of old painted steel surfaces (such as CGI sheet, GI water tube, fencing post etc.) and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (over a coat of Red Oxide primer) over 10cm width or girth, complete all as specified.
