Excavation in foundation trenches etc.( in pipes and pits ) in all kinds of soils such as pick work, jumper work,blasting in soft / hard rock , chiselling / wedging out of rock/where blasting prohibited) saturated soil stacking the excavated earth within all leads and lifts clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers when required into plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing os all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, Laying, jointing and testing and commissioning at ite in trenches bevalled ended BIS marked GMSERW pipes of various grade L-210 or A confirming to IS/ ISO: 3183-2007 or its equipment API specifications latest with upto date amendments of following dia with upto date amendments having wall thickness and per Rmt weight as mentioned below & capable of withstanding required test pressure as prescribed in BIS code in random lengths of 5.5 to 6.5 mtr. The pipes end shall be bevelled suitable for butt welding including the cost of jointing with butt welding conforming to IS 816-1969 or latest as applicable ends with upto date amendments (leak proof) in three layers at site of work with welding rods of standard make ed and all allied accessaries whatever required for welding at sit,tail pieces,tees,bends and other specials manufactured from parent pipes as applicable to the particular reach & of approved specification as per site conditions and cutting of pipes wherever required as per site requirement including carriage in all leads and lift and as per directed by Engineer-in-charge.The pipe shall haves zinc coating inside & out side conforming to IS/ISO-4736-1986 or latest with upto date amendments & shall be engraved with grade "L-210" code IS/ISO-3183-2007 or its equivalent.he laying shall conform to BIS 5822-1970 or latest with upto date amendments to the entire satisfaction of Enginner-in-charge (earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately) i) 200 mm dia GMSERW as per IS:3183-2007(L-210 or A) 4.80 mm thick from P/house to Delivery Tank for R/main at RD o to 495 Rmt

Providing,Fixing and welding of M.S flanges at suitable point, conforming to following tables as per BIS-6392-1971 (latest with upto date amendments) with plain end GMS/MSERW pipe in requsite number of layers on both faces to make the joint leak proof (The cost of providing and laying of MSERW pipes to be measured and paid for separately).The welding of flanges should conform to IS 816-1969 with electrodes as per IS:814-1991 and requireed number of nuts and bolts conforming to IS 1364 including cost of gasket sheet nuts & bolts. The thickness of gasket sheet shall not less than 3.00 mm conforming to IS 2712-1998. The work shall be done to the entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge with in all leads and lifts and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. i)200 mm dia Table-17
