Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) derived from natural sources

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing : 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). Derived from natural sources

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batcheddesign mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work;using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slagcement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durabilityand workability without impairing strength; including pumpingof concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; butexcluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for thefollowing grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cementcontent in design mix shall be payable separately. In case thecement content in design mix is more than 1.10 times of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall havediscretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extracement ,All works upto plinth level Concrete of M25 grade with minimum cement content of 330 kg /cum

Add for using extra cement in the items of design mix over and above the specified cement content therein.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Half brick work with masonary with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix :1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

6 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Providing weep holes in brick masonry/plain/Reinforced concrete abutment/wing wall/return wall with 100 mm dia rigid PVC pipe,extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V:20H towards drawing force complete as per drawing and direction of engineer incharge.

Structural steel work in single section fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Fencing with angle iron post placed at required distance embedded in cement concrete blocks,every 15th post,last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provide with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires,of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 m (minimum),between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I staples,turn buckles etc. complete.(cost of posts,struts,earth work and concrete work to be paid for separtely).Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used with G.I. barbed wire

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:Two or more coats on new work
