Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Size 450mm x 450mm single sided Signages 19 - 25 mm thick Openable edge lit type Glow Sign Board made out of 1.44 mm thick anodized aluiminium extruded profiles, with concealed hinge as enclosed and extrusions with suitable anodizing with necessary light proof ventilation arrangement. The text / Signage matter in Konkani, Hindi and English will be electro cut computerised automated self adhesive translucent / colored / vinyle of 3M / Avery Denison / LG make graphics to be transferred on unbreakable polycarbonate 5 mm thick sheet of GELEXAN / LEXAN / SABIC make on the readable side of the box, while aluminium sheet of 1.5 mm thick shall be fixed in backside of the box. The signage shall be provided with luminscent LGP (Light Guided Panel) of 1 x 4 mm thick clear acrylic sheet for uniform distribution of light, with 1 mm thick opaque acrylic sheet for partition between clear sheets. The whole body shall be aluminium built in slip-on-clip system for easy graphic changes and easy access for maintenance. The illumination source shall be of LEDs {of make Osram (dragon) or equivalent of Philips / Nichia} as Light source Minimum 4.2 watt per 600 mm with individual current regulator / DC power supply / driver for uniform illumination with connector for every signage, complete with all internal wiring. The signage can be either suspended from cieling / wall / pole mounted with SS pipe of suitable dia along with necessary pipe fittings on the top or sides or pole for fixing the same on the desired location as per instructions of Enginner-In-Charge as per site conditions including wiring in IS make PVC Casing Caping as required. The background colour, symbol / pictograph, matter of approved font type and colour shall be as per the direction of Engineer in-charge. The border line shall be in whilte to transmit light to give aesthatic look. The pictograph shall be prepared as specified in the drawing and suitable working on 220-240 Volt, 5OHz AC supply etc. complete as required.

Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of electrical power backup unit ( Backup time -2 Hrs.) for emergency signages comprising 12volt, 4.5AH- 6.3 AH dry rechargable battery with charging circuit housed/fitted in a duly painted suitable size MS box suitabe working on 220-240 Volt, 5OHz AC supply etc. complete as required.
