Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead:Of area 3 sq. metres and below (HSR 5.29.1)

Brick work with common burnt clay non-modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor IV level in all shapes and sizes in:Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) (HSR 7.22.2)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for, Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and (HSR 6.30.3)

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor four level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-111) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).(HSR 6.16)

10 cm thick (average) mud phaska of damped brick earth on roofs laid to slope consolidated and plastered with 25 mm thick mud mortar mixed with bhusa @ 35 kg per cum of earth and gobri leaping with mix 1: 1 (1 clay : 1 cow dung) and covered with flat tile bricks, grouted with cement mortar 1 :3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% of integral water proofing compound by weight of cement and finished neat:With common burnt clay non-modular brick tile of class designation 1O (HSR 9.11.1)

Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1 :2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10 mm and down gauge), including finishing with cement mortar 1 :3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design :In 75x75 mm deep chase (HSR 9.17.1)

12 mm cement plaster of mix :1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) (HSR 11.5.4)

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :1 :6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) (HSR 11.6.2)

1O mm thick cement plaster, 1 :3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) (HSR 11.4.2)

Supply & fixing Windows frames (Chowkhats) including mullions consisting frame fabricated from sheet roll formed out of 1.2mm thick galvanized sheet as per IS:277 (Base steel as per IS 513) with zinc of 120 gm/sqm & Powder coated with pure Polyester powder up to 50 microns (as per approved colour), 3 Nos. 100mm butt - hinges 2mm thick, 6 Nos. 1.2mm thick CRCA electroplated stiffner, 6 Nos. M.S hold fast with split and tail welded to stiffner plate 200mm long, receiver for aldrop, weld less corner assembly with brackets & screws, M.S tie rod 50mm x 25mm to be fixed at bottom finished with powder coated total thickness of coating 0.6mm of approved shade, fixed in position including the cost of cement concrete for 1 :2:4 for fixing lugs complete in all respects as per drawing, design, specification & entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.Door Frame of size 80mm x 50mm with 37mm wide single rebate for 35mm door shutter (HSR 13.21.1)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work, where not included in the complete rate of RCC, including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position, binding, wastage, overlaps, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire etc. complete in all respect above plinth level.Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured in length including hooks, if any, separately for different diameters as actually used in work , excluding overlaps. Wastage, over1aps, couplings, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire or other methods of binding & placing shall not be measured and cost of these items shall be deemed to be included in the rates for reinforcement.Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.(HSR 6.34.6)

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete, Fixed to steel windows by welding (HSR 12.50.1)

Providing and fixing ISi marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters:35 mm thick including ISi marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws (HSR 12.37.1)

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using stainless steel grade 304 wire gauge with wire of dia 0.5 mm and average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions for doors, windows and clerestory windows with necessary screws:-35 mm thick shutters, with ISi marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size, Kiln seasoned and chemically treated Hollockwood (HSR 12.32.1.1.2)

Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 4 mm thick float glass panes, including ISi marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws.Kiln seasoned and chemically treated Hollock wood,35 mm thick.(HSR 12.10.2.1)

Providing and laying flamed finish Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1 :4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-inCharge:Flamed finish granite stone slab Jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent. Providing edge moulding to 18 mm thick marble stone counters, Vanities etc., including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete as per design approved by Engineer-in-Charge.Granite work (HSR 8.27.2)

Providing and fixing flat pressed 3 layer particle board medium density exterior grade (Grade I) or graded wood particle board IS : 3087 marked, to frame, backing or studding with screws etc. complete (Frames, backing or studding to be paid separately), 18 mm thick (HSR 12.26.2)

Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts, ISi marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868), transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with nuts and screws etc. complete :250x16 mm (HSR 12.98.2)
