Item rate for P&F encapsulated retro-reflective signage boards sigle / both sides as per design to be made out of 2mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered high intensity 10 encapsulated loose type heat activated rectro-reflective sheeting with messages in similar sheeting in colour scheme as approved by site engineer in-charge. The rectro-reflective sheeting should be adhered to base substrate by heat lump vacuum application. The signages are to be provided with back support frame made of M.S. angle iron of required size. The signages are to be fixed on the provided structures.

Item rate for cleaning and disposal of silt and sludge from severage pipe by 11 mechanical / mannual means of size over 200 mm dia and upto 600mm dia and disposal of the silt & sludge outside Railway boundary with contractor's all T&P, labour etc as a complete job. So nothing extra shall be paid except the accepted rates whatsoever the case may be.

IR for Cleaning of UG and OH water tanks by high pressure and disinfection by ultra-violet radiations. The total process comprises of following steps:- (i) Cleaning of initial slush & sediments etc. and safe disposal of sludge outside Railway/ Land boundary. (ii) High pressure cleaning with machines using special rotary high pressure cleaning lances for total removal of calcinations, dirt and algae etc. on the walls, pillars & flooring etc. thoroughly to expose the original concrete walls surface. (iii) Removal of sludge by special industrial sludge removal pump. (iv) Removal of dirt, mud & fine particles etc. by industrial vacuum cleaner. (v) Sterilization of all walls, flooring and pillars by special anti-bacterial agent, non-toxic, bio-degradable for Micro-logical count reduction. (vi) Final dis-infection by industrial ultraviolet radiations to ensure complete sterilization. (a) Water tank capacity 500 to 3000 litres)

Complete Item Rate for supplying of Water through water tankers of capacity 6000 15 litres with required chlorine as per standard (0.5 PPM minimum) at various locations as directed by the site engineer, including all taxes, loading/ unloading/ leading/ lifting etc. as a complete job, in all respect, so nothing extra is to be paid whatsoever the case may be.

Item rate for Providing and fixing 19mm thick double core commercial block board 16 confirming IS 1659 of (Sonear/green ply/century/duro/black cobra) make in furniture like bed/sofa/study table/cup board/almira etc of any deasign with help of adhesive and nails etc. The rate including all labour, T&P, lead ,lift upto any heights with all consumeable and taxes etc. Nothing extra will be paid whatsoever the case may be.
