Supply , erection of PCC pole 9.0 mtr long in true vertical position 102x172 mm at top 102x279 mm at bottom class-10 incl providing black and white strips with synthetic enamel point 30 cm each alternate upto 1.5 mtr above the coping of pole starting with black strip complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Description as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge will be printed on each pole without any extra cost.

Material and labour in replacement GI tubing 40 mm bore light grade, on poles,on walls, under floors, road crossing, as required at site complete all as directed by Engr-in Charge. Note: Clamps, Nut bolts, saddle etc will be measured and paid separately.

M&L drilling hole of any size manually /mechanically as per site requirement, drilling for laying pipes under the road for crossing electrical cables complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only MH / HPSV lamp of 150 watts, 230 volt complete all as directed. Note: New lamp will be replaced against item no 28 to repair security lights.

Supply and laying, connecting and testing XLPE underground cable insulated, and overall sheathed with aluminium conductor heavy duty 1100 volts grade 16 sqmm 4.0 core laid in trenches/ on poles/ road crossing or passing through existing/new pipe under road crossing, clamping on wall etc. Note: (i) Earth work, sand, bricks , removing, returning filling Aluminium thimbles/lugs will be paid separately. (ii) Cost of laying electrical cable through new/existing pipe under road, buildings, railway tracks, highways are incl in the quoted rates. (iii) All equipments , machinery or tools if required for laying electrical cable through new/existing pipes are provided by the contractor without any extra cost.

Supply only new open construction (OC) ballast copper wound MH / HPSV ballast of 150 watts, 230 volt complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting of capacity 45 watt suitable for working on 230 volts AC supply ENDURA PEARL NEO energy saving and environment friendly long life made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting source and lens embedded PC cover having TOP OPENING separate driver compartmentwith IP66 protecrtion and impect resistance of IK07 with 10 KV Built in surge protection device and suitable for fixing on 40 mm dia street light bracket including taking down old unserviceable fitting any type/any size complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate, mechanically crushed stone) for mass filling in pole pit and foundation etc including provision of necessary form work to achieve fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking down old u/s earthing and Material & labour new earthing complete with galvanized steel earth electrode plate of size 60x60x6mm thick buried directly in ground/earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level and top edge of earth electrode not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level and connected with GI earth wire of size 4 mm by means of nut, bolts, washers etc to eqpt/machinery all as shown in electric plate No 3 of SSR Pt I including PCC (1:3:6) pit, pit cover 50mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 8mm tor steel bars @10cm C/C both ways, 20 mm bore medium grade GI protection pipe, watering pipe 20mm bore medium grade, funnel, wire mesh, also including earth work, common salt, charcoal dust complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of ON LOAD changeover switch 4 pole 100 Amps , 415 volts , fixed in sheet metal enclosure allows changeover from main supply to generator supply & vice versa complete all as per direction of Engr-in-charge. Make: Hager/Legrand/ Schneider/IndoAsian

M&L in replacement loop type insulator vitreous poercelain white brown or green over all dimension 60x90 mm clearance of hole 16mm complete all as directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in pole foundation, coping, stay pits etc including provision of necessary form work to achieve fair finishes surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per Item Ser No 15 here in before but for 4.0 core 25 Sqmm.

Supply only MH / HPSV lamp of 70 watts, 230 volt complete all as directed. Note: New lamp will be replaced against item no 28 to repair security lights.

Taking down UNSV junction box and M & L fabrication of Kiosk box made out of fibre material complete with TPN ,aluminium bus bar and suitable for one number MCB (SP) including one No MCB (SP) 6 Amps 240 volts including connectors and din rail for fixing MCB inside the box , clamps of flat iron of size 20x4mm on PCC/Steel tubular pole complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking down old u/s earthing and M&L new earthing complete with galvanized earth plate electrode of size 60cmX60cmX6.3mm thick, burried directly in ground not less than 2.25m deep below the normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron earth strip 25 mm x 4mm as earth lead connected with equipment by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and connection to earth mesh including welding and complete with fire charcoal afer installing earth electrode, pipe and excavation, earth work and , surrounded from all sides by charcoal dust and common salt in alternative layers of 15cm depth and earth electrode connected filling pit with PCC 1:2:4 type B1, aII frame and pre-cast RCC cover mix (1:1.5:3) incl 40 mm dia GI pipe for strip protection and 20 mm for watering all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of SSR Part-I (2009) including testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per Item Ser No 15 here in before but for 2.0 core 10 Sqmm.

Supply and laying old size bricks common burnt clay sub class 'B' for cable protection to provide required cover complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting & taking out defective underground cable from trenches, pole, pipe, floor, wall etc and locate the fault, rectify the defect and relaying the XLPE cable underground PVC insulated and overall sheathed aluminum conductor heavy duty 1100 volts including connecting and testing for any size complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note- Excavation/earth work & sand cushioning , bricks and joint shall be measured & paid for separately.

Supply and fix in replacement stay assembly complete with all accessories, such as stay plate 230X230X6 mm, stay rod 215 cm long and 16 mm dia with nuts incl GI bow turn buckle, GI stay wire, Loop type insulator etc. all as per electrical plate No 1 orr SSR part 1 and as directed . Note: Only excavation and PCC work will be measured and paid separately.

Dismantling & taking down UNSV LED street/security/Flood lights 120 to 200 watt after disconnectin electric supply and fix again after repairing of unsv AC/DC drivers incl proper connections all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (i) Cost of repair and parts of driver is incl in quoted rate. (ii) If Repair is not possible then replacement of street/security light will be measured and paid separately under relevent items.

Supply and fix in replacement rigid non-metallic PVC conduit of dia 25 mm , wall thickness 2mm inclusive of all tees, bends,elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends including MS clamps made out of 25x4mm MS flat to secure the PVC pipe with steel tubular pole/PCC pole at 2 to 3 places complete with bolts,nuts and washers etc all as specified and as directed..

S & F in replacement new street light bracket made out of GI pipe medium grade 40mm bore suitable to fit with LED street light approx length not less than 120cm bent to shape including new clamps made of MS flat of size 30x4 mm thick including cutting, welding drilling holes, nut, bolts washers etc including two coat of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer on MS work complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 25x 4mm galvanised iron strip including taking down old u/s GI strip all as specified.(Note:-Earth wire/strip to be secured on bus bar insulators and insulators shall be fixed on pole not more than one meter apart with MS clamps made out of 25x4mm MS flat wth nuts, bolts and washers and GI wire/strip shall be fixed in such a way that wire/strip should not be touch on pole in any case)

Supply only new lamp holder porcelene threaded / pin type for street/ security light upto (70 & 150 Watt) capacity.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr deep in loose/soft soil and getting out for underground cable/erection of poles, stays etc complete al las specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L in replacement cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section incl nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primercoat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Ignitor for Metal hallide / SV lamp 230 volt (suitable for 70, 150, 250 & 400 Watt) capacity.

Supply & Fix in replacement 1100 volt grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium stranded conductor PVC sheathed suspended by insulating hanger not more than 1 mtr apart including 4mm suspension wire, cable size 10 sqmm twin core stranded conductor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement and passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty , PVC insulated round 3 core 2.5sqmm nominal cross section with connection in sintex box and flood light complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: PVC pipe will be measured and paid separately under relevent items.

Supply only new lamp holder porcelene threaded / pin type for street/ security light upto ( 250, & 400 Watt) capacity.

Supply and fix in replacement OFF LOAD changeover switch double pole 4 modules 63 Amps , 230 volts allows changeover from main supply to generator supply & vice versa suitable to fix in distribution box din rail complete all as per direction of Engr-in-charge. Make: Hager/Legrand/ Schneider

Dismantling & taking down UNSV HPSV street/security lights of capacity 70 to 400 Watts after disconnectin electric supply and fix again after repairing and replacement of unsv parts of light incl proper connections all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (i) Labour cost of repair & replacement of parts of street / security lights is incl in quoted rate. (ii) If Repair is not possible then replacement of street/security light will be measured and paid separately under relevent items. (iii) Cost of parts will be measured and paid separately under relevent items as supply only.

Taking down old unsv timer switches and S & F of Automatic street light control with infrared sensor based NATRURE SWITCH and VOLTAGE MONITORING SYSTEM (VMS) Three phase load of 8 KW for automation of street lights. Nature Switch operation should be based on Natural light Lux level. Required illuminance level for switching ON is ≤ 30 Lux and for switching OFF 10 Lux. The sensor should also have part night operation facility of min. 4 hrs. to max. 12 hrs. VMS should have adjustable over & under Voltage trip level and protection against phase loss, Neutral loss & Phase reverse incl Power contactors( 3 nos of capacity 25 Amps per phase) incoming MCB ( 3 nos of capacity 32 Amps each) and outgoing MCB( 3 nos of capacity 32 Amps each) & main load circuit wiring (Copper) of minimum 10sqmm. The sensor , VSM, Power contactor, MCBs incl connected items should be enclosed in a Pole/wall mountable enclosure made of rust proof, electric shock proof,termite proof and FR grade SMC junction box conforming to IP54. The circuit should also have provision for manual operation (i.e. sensor & VMS By-Pass option). Material & Labour in replacement old UNSV switch fuse unit HRC type of any type/capacity alongwith water tight sheet metal enclosure and suitable for mounted on pole/wall triple pole & neutral 415 VAC, 50 Hz, 63 Amps conforming to IS-13947 Part-III alongwith sheet metal enclosure complete all as directed.

M&L in replacement shackle type porcelain vitreous white or brown insulator including GI straps, washers, insulator bolts and nuts for working pressure 1100 volts, 75 mm height, 90 mm dia, section of strap 30mmx3mm & dia of bolt 12 mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement and passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty , PVC insulated round 3 core 1.5sqmm nominal cross section with connection in sintex box and flood light complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: PVC pipe will be measured and paid separately under relevent items.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick layers complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L sand cushioning for cable with river washed clean dry sharp sand and punning to provide required cover as per SSR Part I complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note- Punned thickness shall be measured and paid to the contractor.

Removal of excavated material n.exc 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above from starting point complete all as specified and as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement pin type insulator porcelain vitreous white or brown 1100 volts grade 100 mm height and 65 mm dia with GI spindle two GI washer and one GI nut complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting & taking out defective underground cable any size and any type from trenches, pole, pipe, floor, wall etc complete all as directed by Engr-in charge.

Supply and fix in repair galvanised stay strand 7/3.15mm including taking down old unserviceable stay wires all as specified.

Description all as per Item Ser No 4 here in before but except bricks. Note: Old bricks retrieved from item No 14 here in after shall be used.
