Supply, laying , jointing and testing of cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded ,galvanized steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric cable with multistranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches or duct or passing through pipe or fixed to poles walls of size 95 Sqmm 3.5 core confirming to IS : 7098 (Part - 1) laid in trenches,under road or passing through pipes/ducts or fixed to walls/poles complete with proper thimbles all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No 7.00 above but for 70 Sqmm 3.5 core, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F KIOSK box weather proof made out of PVC Switch gear/ Sintex and including made out of one piece mounted SMC base and door pole mounted hinged door size 333 x 233 x 200mm out side and 300 x 200 x 105mm inside dimension comprising of aluminum bus bar 4 strips for 3 phase and neutral and 6 Amp MCB for controlling the street light fitting including FI clamps 30 x 4 mm with necessary MS nuts bolts and washer and making connection to street light from Kiosk box with 1.5 sqmm 3 core insulated Copper cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning factory made, LT bus bar panel board cubical, Outdoor type, floor/ground mounted double door, 3 phase 4 wire, 50 cycles, 415 Volts.The panel board shall be made of 3.15 thick CRCA sheet (Min size 0.6 m x 0.5 m x 0.35 m ), the panel shall be painting with powder coated finish with RAL 7032 SIEMENS GRAY Structure after seven tank phosphate treatment front & back opening type and fixing 2 Nos danger notice plate with letter figures and conventional skull bones in signal red colour and fixed front & back door to LT Panel with voltage and danger indicated in Hindi and English with double door shutter and shall have louvers and air vent gasket for natural flow of air Neoprene adhesive type gasket shall be used to make panel vermin proof. Base frame of the panel shall be made of angle iron of size 50 x50 x 6mm of upto 1/2 mtr height from GL& 1/2 mtr for Below GL in PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm stone aggregates comprising of following:- The panel board shall be suitable for AC, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire supply complete with and comprising of the following:- (i) Epoxy insulated common aluminium bus bar of capacity 500 Amp TPN each with Color Coding , including aluminium lugs to connect the cable. (ii) MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, Adjustable type, 250 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA-01 No (For main Incomming ) (iii) Volt Meter 0 - 500 Volts digital type square shape flush mounted with selector switch - 1 No (iv) Ammeter 0 - 400 Amps digital type square shape 96mm flush mounted with selector switch and CT's 400/5 A - 1 No. (v) Indicator lamp RYB :01 Set.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized mild steel earth plate electrode size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (Preferably in vertical position) earth pit not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less 1.5 metre (BGL) connected to galvanized iron earth strip 32 x6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nut and washer of galvanized iron including PCC pit in RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, precast RCC cover with suitable handle, excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 15 mm bore “Light grade” galvanized iron water tubing fixed with cast iron funnel and wire mesh and 40 mm bore “light grade” galvanized iron protection pipe for earth strip 32 x6 mm upto 7.5 m length, charcoal, common salt, complete all as shown in EP No 1 of SSR 2020 Part-I, connected to test point complete, all as specified and testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Rate of Earth work, Earthing electrode, all connections, nut-bolts, washers, complete labour, testing, Earth lead upto 7.5 mtr, char coal dust, common salt, porcelain insulator, PCC earth Pit, CI frame ,RCC cover, funnel with wire mesh are incl in quoted rate and watering pipe, earth lead protection pipe, test poit, earth lead up to 7.5 mtr.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing for laying pipe for crossing cable including getting out, disposal of rubbish off to a distance upto 50 Mtrs for 80/50 mm GI pipe light grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:1.5:3, type A-1, using 20mm graded course aggregate as in top gap filling of road/ path etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing or laying of HDPE (DWC) tubing 80 mm dia of pressure rating 6Kgf/Cm2 fixing on poles, walls under floors, laying on surface etc as reqd at Site complete all as specified and directed.
