Material and labour 2nd class hardwood factory made 30mm thick glazed skelton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge etc. divided into squares edges of framing, plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass/gauge etc. with sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR part-I section 8 clause 8.24(a) and fixed to chowkhat complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of factory made flush shutters 30 mm thick, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides, ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing factory made 35 mm thick, second class hard wood rail and style, plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commrcial veneering on both faces, size of rails and stiles as per IS 1003 (part-I) kiln seasoned and chemical pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of steel window box type, using ERW hollow 'P' section, factory made, comprising double frame for and including gauged and glazed skelton shutter, 30mm thick, jointed internally with flat iron 25x3mm complete including hinges, handle, tower bolts, stops, lugs etc. all as shown on drawing No. TD-219 sheet 1/3 to 3/3 of HQ CE Chandigarh Zone as applicable including PCC (C-O ,1:3:6 using 12.5 graded stone aggregate) bed blocks for hold fasts, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : - (i) For the purpose of measurement & payment double shutter both glazed and gauzed with frame shall be considered as one unit. (ii) Unit rate quoted against this item shall also include the iron mongery and grill 10 mm square bar irrespective of whatever shown on drawings. The pattern of grill shall be all as shown on drawing. (iii) Glazing, wire mesh and painting shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and fixing for Stainless steel wire cloth. 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Sheet glass 3mm thick, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or wooden bead in squares not exceeding 0.5 Sq. m in each pane, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel butt hinges of 100mm length, cold rolled, medium weight, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 150 mm long Aluminium anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 150mm long extruded aluminium alloy handles, fabricated type, anodised complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 150mm long floor door stopper of aluminium alloy body and tongue, anodised, with hard drawn steel spring complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Aluminium alloy, anodised, sliding door bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) 200 mm long and fixing with bolts extruded sections complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing new steel surfaces of any description , over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint(first quality) over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting surfaces of wood (new) for any description not otherwise described over 10cm width of girth by applying two coats, of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer including preparation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing factory made PVC hollow door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm with wall thickness of 5 mm made out of extended 5 mm rigid PVC foam sheet cut at corner and jointed with 02 Nos., 150 mm long brackets of size 15 mm x 15 mm mild steel square tubes 19 gauge including vertical door profiles reinforced with 19 mm x 19 mm steel square tube of 19 gauge (EPDM) rubber gasket weather seal provided through out the frame and fixed to wall with 65/100 mm long mild steel screws through the frame by using PVC fasteners (minimum of 04 Nos. of screws to be provided for each vertical number & minimum 02 Nos. for horizontal member), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Factory made solid PVC moulded door shutter, 28 to 30 mm thick (stiles) with 2, 4 or 6 raised panel design with 2 mm thick moulded PVC sheet on the front face & 2 mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face including fixing in frame at site with 03 Nos SS hinges, 02 Nos aluminium tower bolt 200 mm, 02 Nos aluminium handle 150 mm for each shutter all as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down aluminium doors/windows of any size including frames and shutters and connected fitting fixture and removing from site, including cutting holes in wall/concrete for taking out existing hold fasts and making good the disturbed portion of jambs and adjoining surfaces in CM (1:3) and finishing the surfaces to match with existing finish complete all as specified and directed. (Note – The qouted rate shall be deemed to include for fixing of hold fast in the same opening irrespective of position of hold fasts and no separate item for making good of hold fasts shall be paid).

Supply and fixing of powder coated anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing of powder coated Anodised aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/ m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing,handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc.with powder coating of any colour (Thickness or powder coating notless than 50 micron) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters, side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sectionsweighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips,rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 no.). hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 no.) suitable handle (1 no.) .with powder coating of any colour (Thickness or powder coating notless than 50 micron). complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing anodised aluminium powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) three track window ( two shutters glazed & one shutters wire gauge) with frame support all around and connected aluminum section including glazed shutters with 4 mm thick tinted glass and, with stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm including rubber bead joining cleat for fixing in position, concealed type lock for all three shutter, PVC roller etc all as specified below,including the cost of EPDM rubber /neoprene gasket required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of 5.5mm Sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exceeding 0.5 sq. m in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of 12mm mess Wire netting of stainless steel wire 1.4mm dia fixed with tinned tacks of stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Door closer of body cast iron hydraulically regulated, designation No. 2, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 701 to 850 mm in width and of weight between 36 to 60 kg and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls incl raking out joints hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc compplete and rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair (without using extra cement) on walls in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified.all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper with hand roller, over a coat of alkaline resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wooden boarding any description, fixed in any position with nails as in shelves of cup board and pelmets of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 18/19 mm thick Prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work as in cupboard shelves complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of plain fillets second class hardwood, square, rectangular or triangular in section not exceeding 3 sq cm bullnosed, splayed, chamfered or rounded on one edge or face complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of block board 19 mm thick medium density flat pressed single line layer type or three layer type with BWR type adhesive fixed with screws to timber frame work as in, cup board shelves etc; complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair continuous (Piano) hinges mild steel, bright finish or electro galvanised, width of flap 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 100mm long hasp & staple, safety type, aluminium anodised with mild steel hinge pin including bolt to hinge plate and fixed with screws completed as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 150mm long extruded aluminium alloy handles, fabricated type, anodised complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of LEAD FREE PVC Celuka ply 18mm thick (Minimum density 600kg/Cum) of single side rigid lamination of approved colour and other side plain white colour, fixed with stainless steel screws, solvent cement /adhesive to make kitchen cabinet shutters and shelves complete as per manufacturer’s specifications complete including dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails etc; complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of 12mm thick LEAD FREE PVC Celuka ply (Minimum density 600kg/Cum) of fixed with stainless steel screws, solvent cement /adhesive to make wall mount kitchen cabinet back and pull out drawer sides complete as per manufacturer’s specifications complete including dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails etc; complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Factory made mild steel door shutter with frame, fabricated from 1 mm thick MS sheet including provision of steel handle & locking arrangement by providing 04 lever lock with duplicate keys (of make Godrej, Link or Harrison & handle etc, including spray painting over a coat of red oxide primer and fixing the same on existing cupboard nitch MS fasteners with cement & sand mortar, complete all as specified 'shown on drawing no. TD-161.2.1.161.2.2,162.2.1 & 162.2.2 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing factory made mild steel shelves with frame, fabricated from 1 mm thick MS sheet including provision fixing arrangement including spray painting over a coat of red oxide primer and fixing the same in existing cupboard with MS fasteners with cement & sand mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repair Harrison rails, mild steel, chromium plated with fixing brackets, stops, rollers etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of GI Metal Suspended Ceiling System at all heights of Perforated with Fleece 600x600x0.5mm TEULAR EDGE TILES in global white Powder Coated with 60-70 Micron front coating laid on 24mm wide Tee grid – strong section flanges colour white having stitching on the Main Runner, 600 mm and 600 mm Cross Tees with web height of 26mm. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 100%, with Light Reflection of 62%. The main runner spaced at 600 mm max (centre to centre) securely fixed to the structural soffit . Hangers (GI wire of 4 mm dia) to be fixed by approved roof plug, level adjusters and screws etc at 600x600 intervals as appropriate height,.The First/Last suspension system at the end of each main runner should not be greater than 450mm from the adjacent wall. Flush fitting 600mm long cross tees to be interlocked between main runners to form 600 x 600 mm with grid module(24X38X0.3mm).Cut cross tees longer than 600mm require independent support. 600 x 600mm module to be formed by fitting 600mm long flush fitting cross tees centrally between the 600 mm cross tees. Perimeter trim to be wall angles of size 3000x22x22mm, secured to walls at 450mm max (centre to centre), complete includig taking down existing ceiling any type including wooden filletes if any complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : - Rate will be inclusive any elctrical board, fitting etc effected for removing & refixing and mating good complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 5mm thick PVC hollow interlocking wall panelling of width 250mm for wall paneling for fixing on to wall with screws and solvent alongwith corner and u channel beading of colour choice including dismantling old boarding/panelling sting ceiling any type including wooden filletes if any complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : - Rate will be inclusive any elctrical board, fitting etc effected for removing & refixing and mating good to match with existing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of repair related to welding repair works such as repair to grills, guard bars, steel windows and steel door etc., by deploying Welder and helper for welding of n exc 6mm thick and not exceeding 2.5cm in length complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of 300mm ordinary rat tail rod pattern springs including roller and roller plate complete if fixed to steel/ concrete chowkats with flat iron 40x3 mm size 75 cm long with necessary bolts, etc. complete as inrepairs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of 150mm size Extruded aluminium alloy handles, fabricated type, anodised as in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Aluminium alloy, anodised, sliding door bolt, 250mm long, ISI marked, with hasp, staple (bolt type) complete with clamps bolt not less than 16mm dia including fixing bolts and nuts as in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Mild steel 40mm dia, knobs with nut, screw and washer of mild steel, bright finished as in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of 100mm aluminium Hasp and staple, mild steel, wire type, stove enamelled black, including bolt to hinge plate and fixed with screws as in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Galvanised mild steel wire cloth, 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm and fixed with tinned tacks, or galvanised wire staples as in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of sheet glass 3mm thick, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty, in square not exceeding 0.5 Sqm each pane and glazing with oil putty to steel window or with wooden beads to wooden shutters, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of 3 mm thick sheet glass is ground or obscured or frosted, on one side and glazing with oil putty in squares not exceeding 0.5 sq. m in each pane with oil putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and directed.
