Providing & fixing false ceiling With semi perforated 12mm thick micro tegular edged at all heights with GRG ( Glass Fiber Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of size 595x595mm of approved texture,design and patters having moisture content lessthan 2%. Humidity resistance of 99%, NRCO.50 to 0.75 as per IS 8225:1987,Noncombustible as per BS 476 (part4)-1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on inter locking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanized iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main T runners of size 15x32mm of length 3000mm,cross-T of size 15x32 of length 1200mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15x32mm of length 600mm to from grid module of size 600x600mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel items (galvenizing @ 80 grams per sqm)i.e 50mm long, 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000mm lenght and L shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2mm Galvenised iron perimeter wall angle of size 24x24x0.40mm of length 3000mm to be fixed on periphery wall/partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450mm center to center and 40mm long dry wall wood screws. The work complete in all respect as per specifications, drawing and as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutter (without taking out shutter from the frame) exc 1.50 Sqm but not exc 4.00 sqm, each as doors, windows & ventilators etc. and removal from site, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F 12 mm thick Toughned glass with Air Force/ 16 BRD logo of size exc 0.6 sqm but not exc 1.20 sqm etched as required in doors, partitions automatic doors and similar work including cutting to shape, drilling holes required, with 02 Nos fancy handle of size 300 mm long, locking arrangement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge (Note:- Rate of etched logo with specified size is inclusive of rate quoted by the contractor).

S&F aluminium colour powder coated door Frame and shutter single or double leaf glazed/pre laminated particle board including complete partion with wall, interior panels fabricated including aluminium powder coated beading rubber Gasket and packing materials and shall be drilling in existing wall and thrust bolt suitable size complete comprising the following:- (a) Door frame section 101.60x44.45x1.93 mm fixed as per specified (b) Door Shutter Vertical Style of Size 85x44.45x2 mm as per Specified. (c) Door Shutter Top style section 95.25x44.45x2.00 mm as per specified. (d) Aluminium coloured powder coated middle lock rail/bottom rail section 150x44.45x1.93mm cat No.20002. (e) Aluminium coloured powder coated Tower Bolt 02 Nos in each shutter 200 mm long as specified. (f) Aluminium coloured powder coated handle 02 Nos in each shutter 150 mm long as per specified. (g) Door Floor spring ISI Marked Make-Sandhu, Amar or equivalent. (h) Six lever mortice lock brass on in each door. (j) 12 mm thick partical board (pre laminated both face) exterior grade ISI Marked (k) Tinted glass/Plain glass (Colour) 5mm thick.

Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep geeting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, n. exc. 1.5 m wide and n. exc. 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, shafts, manholes, etc. n. exc. 10 sq m on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete in all respect as specifified and directed.

Plain cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete using type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm nominal size crushed and graded stone aggregate) complete in all respect as specifified and directed.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete type B-1,1:2:4 (using 20mm nominal size crushed and graded stone aggregate) in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams bases for columns etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Reinforced cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm nominal size crushed and graded stone aggregate) in columns, posts, struts etc. complete in all respect as specifified and directed.

M&L for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work vertical or to batter in rough finished flat surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions in rough finished flat surface of concrete complete in all respect as specifified and directed.

M & L for MS TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete in all respect as specifified and directed.

M & L for MS TMT steel bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete in all respect as specifified and directed.

M & L brick work with sub-class "B" old size bricks of class designation 75, straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete in all respect as specified and directed

Providing and laying 40mm thick damp proof course to horizontal or vertical surfaces including necessary formwork using type B-0, 1:2:4 concrete (using 12.5mm nominal size crushed and graded stone aggregate) mixed with water proofing compound complete in all respect as specifified and directed. ( Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately under supply only item)

M & L for Broken stone or boulders hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete in all respect as specified and directed

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm crushed and graded stone aggregate) as in flooring finished fair and even surafce complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm crushed and graded stone aggregate) as in flooring finished even and smooth using extra cment complete in all respect as specified and directed.

S & F Plastic dividing strips, 1.5mm thick of size 38mm complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M & L 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm nominal size crushed and graded stone aggregate laid as in base concrete and plinth protection finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete in all respect as specified and directed.

S&F structural steel work as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, tubular/hollow section, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. using FE-410W (Grade E-250 quality "A") complete all as specified and directed.

S&F plate girder or single stanchions, built up of one beam or channel section with flange plates, caps bases, splices, agnle brackets cleats and other connection confirming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment with riveted, bolted or welded attachment using Fe-410W (Grade E-250 quality "A") complete in all respect as specified and directed.

S&F 16 to 20mm dia of neck of MS Bolt screw bolts (purpose made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long complete all as specified and directed.

S&F prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridge/ eves covering or of similar type, fixed with self tapping screws including necessary mild steel flats and screws for fixing with framed structure complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel works Fe-290, Gde -165 as in framed works such as door frame using box section/ grills/ guard bar/ plates and railing with ends of bars shoulders and or riveted or forged into spiked complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide/zinc chrome primer including preparation of new steel/iron surfaces exc 10cm in width or girth all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down Cement Plaster from wall and ceiling of any description from Brick/concrete surfaces including raking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water, etc., and removing same from the Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15mm thick plastering on brick/stone/concrete surafces of wall in cement mortar (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete in all respect as specifified and directed.

M&L for 5 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on brick/stone/concrete surfaces of ceiling finished the surface even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick Rendering in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and diirected.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered decoracted surfaces of wall, pillasters, cornices etc and applying two coat of plastic emulsion paint, coloured as approved by GE, including filling all the holes/ cracks with wall care putty upto 2 mm thick as required and making uniform smooth surface at any height by using smart periodical methodology/ auto roller, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from old decorated plasterred surfaces of walls by vaccum based sanding machine complete all as specified, removal of nails etc and filling cracks/ hole with wall care putty upto 1 mm thick as required (multipurpose mixer shall be used for uniform and proper mixing of putty) and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint, colour as approved by GE, over & including a coat of approved primer by using smart periodical methodology/ auto roller, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of Ceiling, and applying two coat of Oil bound distemper white or colour, over one coat of primer including wall care putty upto 2 mm thick as required (multipurpose mixer shall be used for uniform adn proper mixing of putty) by using smart periodical methodology/ auto roller, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for applying two coat of exterior Acrylic emulsion paint (100% acrylic) of approved colour and shade over a coat of primer and over 1 to 2 mm thick birla putty punning including preparation of new plastered surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note:-including necessary scaffolding upto 4th Storey)

Dismantling floor, stone, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of Cement Concrete (un-reinforced) of any description, not exc. 150mm thickness (above or below Ground Level) and removing the same from Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 Type B-0 (12.5 mm Graded Stone Aggregate) as in sub floor etc., including rough top surface to receive floor finish complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for coloured printed vitrified ceramic tiles, light shade 9-11 mm thick in floor, area of tile not exc 0.36 sqm each set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement with pigment to match the shade of tile over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for glazed ceramic colour tiles of of 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement on vertical surfaces such as in wall/ dado/ skirting etc over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning filling with excavated soil obtained from excavation in layers n exc 25cm including spreading levelling watering and well ramming complete alla s specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance exc 1.5 KM and not exc 5.00 KM including loading, unloading and stacking at per NGT norms complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes not exc 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning filling in layers n exc 25cm in thickness and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 surface in Soft/Loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2, (40mm graded Stone aggregate) as in Foundation ,filling and Mass Concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for Mild Steel Structural Work as in Stanchion and Column, post, drain cover, Gates, hold fast including covering plate from Steel Sections conforming to Fe-410-0 or Fe-310-0 including all necessary Welding, Bending Cold or Hot, Drilling Holes for Bolts, in any shape or size as indicated, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 4mm dia chain link MS galvanised fencing of 75x75mm size including line wire, fillets, straining bolts etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 as in drain etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level nexc 1.5m above the starting point as in soils,complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC M-20 (Nominal Mix) in footing, plinth beam,foundation,base of columns etc. basement slabs,under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete and all as specified and as directed by Engr-in charge

M & L for RCC M-20 (Nominal mix) in Columns, pillars piers post and struts etc.(using 20mm graded stone aggregate) and all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for 10mm thick Rendering in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and diirected by Engineer-in-charge.

S &F Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire fencing with 2.24mm dia with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to RCC/steel posts including securing or tying at crossings with and provisions of galvanised MS wire staples or steel pins,etc as directed complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Each line of wire to be measured for the purpose of payment.

Note :- The amount of Rs 750/- against Schedule of Credit on Srl Page 159 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A'
