(ii) Strip opening of the engine and taking out the piston , piston ring crank, tie rod, locks (iii) Safely remove the exciter assembly of DG set , transport the same to workshop at authorized repair shop of M/S Kirloskar and remove the exciter winding from core assembly and replace the exciter core winding kusing same gauge and number of items turns with copperannealed wire, drying , smoking and assembling and testing complete. assembly for fault (iv) Cleaning descaling/decarburizing engine block and galleries with the cleaning/descaling agent.
(v) Facing and grinding of valve seat inserts inlet/ exhaust to desired angle in inlet/exhaust ports of cylinder heads after replacement
"(vi) Lapping of valve inlet/exhaust over valve seat in cylinder head "
(vii) Recalibrating FIP , replace the alternator springs, fuel jets, return air spring, servicing testing, assemblingh and re fixing complete.
(viii) Repairing the cylinder head including fixing the valve, guide and re-fixing the cylinder head complete with fixing accessories.
(ix) Boring grinding of crank well and fixing cam bush properly in the original position. (x)) Load testing the DG set for proper supply, adjusting governer for proper speed, test the RPM and measure the LT supply on load for rated voltage and RPM working of the DG Set.
