Taking down existing rusted damaged unserviceable CI/DI pipes of size 100 mm to 300 mm complete all as specified and directed.

S & F CI pipe 100mm dia with flanged ends, centrifugally cast complete with nut, bolts & rubber gasket class 'B' with all fitting including taking up old existing rusted CI pipe complete all as specified and directed.Note:- Dewatering/destilling of sewage well is included in rate if required at site.

All as per ser item No. 5 here in before but 150 mm dia.

All as per ser item No. 5 here in before but 200 mm dia.

All as per ser item No. 5 here in before but 250 mm dia.

All as per ser item No. 5 here in before but 300 mm dia.

Supply and fix in replacement MS Nut, Bolts & washer of size 5/8x3" & 5/8x4" long complete all as specified

Supply and fix in replacement CI fittings Bend, Tee, reducer etc for pipe 100m to 300mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out damaged SGSW sewage pipe and supply and laying Ductile iron pipe of 200mm bore, S/S,Class K-9 , including rubber gasket(tyton) joints, nut, bolts & washers ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out damaged SGSW sewage pipe and supply and laying Ductile iron pipe of 150 mm bore, S/S,Class K-9 , including rubber gasket(tyton) joints, nut, bolts & washers ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement cast iron sluice valve PN-1.6 with flanged ends 250 mm nominal bore ISI marked complete with gun metal or stainless steel spindle and cast iron cap including rubber /fiber boared gasket nuts, washers etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item 14 here in before but 200 mm bore.

Supply and fix in replacement Non Return Valve with flanged ends of size 250mm dia complete including rubber/fiber board gasket, uts washer etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for making CI header of 150 to 250 mm dia of appropriate length for minimum two raising mains from existing sewage pipe line from sewage well with one outlet of 150 to 250 mm dia each provided with Sluice valves at inlet as well as at outlet pipelines with all complete accessories including/welding /cutting of pipes and flanges etc to its connected items, sluice valves ,PCC foundation of suitable size for giving support to header Complete. Note: 1. Fittings such as Sluice valves etc, PCC work required for making header will be measured and paid seperately. 2. Contractor can visit the site before quoting the rate.

Dismanteling the UNSV sign board in sewage Installation of Sector 'A', 'b' & 'C' and Supply and fixing of retro reflector board of size 4'x3' with high quality retro reflector tape green base high intensity prismatic sheeting (HIP) grade white retro tape cutting good quality with 3mm thick ACP sheet base including 40mm x 40mm square size MS pipe legs and all around the board appx 18 feet incl welding the MS flat plate of size 25mm x 3mm across the board appx 10 feet including grouting the sign board in PCC 1:2:4 complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-Charge. Note- Detail of printing material for flex will be provided by department,

Supply and fixing high quality ACP sheet board of size 5 feet x 3feet minimum with router cutting letter blue base of sheets and white colour acrylic letter with complete fitting of minimum 3 Nos LED lights of 20 W of 4 feet including wiring from existing DB Board complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-Charge. Note- Detail of printing material for flex will be provided by department.

Supply and fixing high quality ACP sheet board of size 10 feet x 4feet minimum with router cutting letter blue base of sheets and white colour acrylic letter with complete fitting of minimum 8 Nos LED lights of 20 W of 4 feet including wiring from existing DB Board complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-Charge. Note- Detail of printing material for flex will be provided by department.

Supply and fix in replacement PVC insulated 1100 volt grade (H/D) copper conductor cable 25 Sqmm, 3 core flat submersible cable ISI marked including copper thimbles as required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 3.15 mm thick burried directly in gorund (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr normal ground level),and top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised means of GI strip 32x6 mm and filled with alternate layer of charcoal and common salt, watering funnel with wire mesh, earth pit chamber and cover CI frame PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 all as shown in electrical plate No-3 of SSR part-I of 2009 connected to earthing test point all as specified and indicated including all earth work excavation, returning filling and disposal of surplus soil and testing on completion. Note : (i) The quoted rate shall include the cost of earth work, GI pipe for watering, GI protection pipe, funnel, wire mesh, RCC cover, etc. complete. RCC cover shall be 50mm thick in 1:3:6 type C-2 using 8mm bars @10cm c/c both way. (ii) The quoted rate shall include the cost of the earth pit covers to be conspicuously marked of plate with stand grouted in PCC. (iii) On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is more than 2Ώ the earthing will be redone at no extra cost

M&L for removing old paint from surface of LT panel by scraping,rubbing and making good surface for painting and applying powder coated spary painting with existing colour complete as specified and directed.

Scraping old existing paint from pipes/iron surface of different sizes including making smooth surface and primer and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint of existing/approved colour as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Electric Resistance Insulated Rubber Floor mat sheet of size 1mx2mx25mm thick ISI marked and equivalent colour as per direction with fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in replacement of UPS EB 800VA Inverter AC 230 Volts 50 HZ with Stand for battery including all connection and standard accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, installation testing and commissioning in replacement of UPS EB 1500/1700VA Inverter AC 230 Volts 50 HZ with Stand for battery including all connection and standard accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, installation testing and commissioning in replacement of tubular battery 12 volt 180 Ah standard size with suitable stand including all acceories and cable connection all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of Lithium based Energy Efficient Integrated Solar Street Light of 24Watt” in Single FRP body with duly Polyurethane coating (Camouflage color) , encases with Monocrystalline Solar PV Panel of 53/55Wp , Lithium Battery 11.1/12.8V, 28.6AH with inbuilt BMS, IP 65, High brightness W-LED(160-180lm/watt) lamp with Aluminum reflector for better light distribution , CRI 70, Color Temperature 5700K - 6500K, Microcontroller based charge controller cum driver, automatic dimming function ( first four hours at full brightness & rest of the time at lower light level with PIR Motion Sensor), Dusk to Dawn Operation, suitable to working temperature: (-) 10C to (+)55C, weight not more than 12-14kg with adjustable MS clamp suitable for pole/wall mounting etc complete as required: short circuit, overload, reverse polarity and battery protections. Firm should provide Vital Parameters Test report from NABL accredited lab and should be of made in India with CE & ROHS compliant including 6 mtr pole, clamp, nuts, bolts and necessary earth work and PCC works complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Axxon (AXN-24W) or equivalent of Phillips/Bajaj/Wipro/Havells

Complete removal of the wild grass/ vegetation from surrounding area of Sewage installations area and making the surface clear and plain and spraying roundup chemical on the same clean area as directed after removing and depositing the same at a distance not less than 50 mtr away from the site complete all as specified. Note:- T&P machinary will be provided by the contractor.

Material and labour for rubber moulded machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver with grey cement confirming to IS -15658-2000 of 60 mm thickness , M-35 grade as in path , hard standing etc laid over and including 25 mm compacted sand cushioning , including 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate including surface excavation over area n. exc. 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil and remving excavated soil exc 50 mtr but n.exc 250 mtr, at any installation as per requirement including demolition of existing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description, rusted, worn out, complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Mild steel framed work such as angle/ grills Chanel/stand, granting’s/Mild Steel plates etc with ends of bars shouldered and riveted or forged into spikes, frame guard bars barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters walk ways, railings frame work as per direction and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 at any installation as per requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for attending any type pump/motor/LT panels/DGs/Starters complaint at Sewage pump houses and rectify the same, rates are also included for replcement of thimbles any type and any size with nut-bolts and cable jointing with tap, gland packing, greasing in pumps/valves with all connected items all as specified by the Engr-in-Charge. Note: Complaint should be rectify within 06 Hrs otherwise a penalty of Rs 50/- per hour shall be imposed.

Maintenance and repair to leakage/blockage of water supply MS/CI/DI pipe line of 80 mm to 250 dia size including necessary excavation required for taking out burning out lead joint or damaged rubber ring/hole from position and making the disturbed surfaces as per existing surface after replacing new spun yarn and lead joint or Tyton joint or necessary fitting required as per site properly including welding work and making the pipe line leak proof completly to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Excavation and earth work as required shall be included in quoted rate for this item.

Material & Labour for brick masonry valve pit of internal size 120cm x 120cm x 120cm with one brick thick wall using sub class ‘B’ brick in cement mortar 1:6 over 20cm thick PCC plate form with 15cm off sets on every side of 1:3:6 type C-1 including plastering of internal surfaces and exposed surfaces with 15mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 and 50mm thick RCC cover in two equal parts 1:2:4 type B-1 with 10mm dia deformed bars at 10cm center to center on both side including necessary form work with 150mm dia hole in the center complete including demollition and removing of old material from the site for credit or disposal all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for preperation of old decorated brick / concrete , plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling by brooming down with steel wire brushing , scraping down smoke soot , moulds, moss and effloroscent salts , trading oil and grasy spots etc. and applying two coat of white wash on ceiling/wall complete at installations all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old brick work build in cement mortar.

Material and labour for Brick work masonary in CM (1:6) with sub class 'B' brick all as directed.

All as per Ser Item No 48 here in before but except brick (old brick obtained from Item No 47.01shall be reused after cleaning.

Material and Labour for rendering 15mm thick on brick/ concrete surface in Cm (1:4) finished fair without using extra cement all as directed by Engineer in charge

M&L for PCC ( 1:4:8 ) type D2 with 40 mm graded aggregate forfoundations,filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S& F pressure die cast aluminium IP 66 roadway luminaire with high power LED building security light 15/18 W with electronic driver in light fitting and fitting shall be fixed on 40 mm GI pipe bracket fixed on wall with clamp complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in replacement LED light fitting 230 volt, suitable for and including 1 x 19 Watt LED tube rod 4 feet size , energy efficient batten fitting with all accessories internally prewired and including connecting up with twin core cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-Charge.

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs 296440.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit attached in tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
