Supply, installation, testing & commisioning in replacement of intelligent addressable multisenor type (combination of Heat & Smoke) detectors with base. The detectors shall sense real fire/smoke and generate alarm if any fire/smoke occurred in the building . The detectors shall have two built-in LEDs for 360 degree viewing complete all as specified & directed .

Supply, installation, testing & commisioning in replacement of loop driven addressable sounders with strobe in built. The addressable soundres with strobe shall form part of loop devices such that, no additional seprate wiring is required. The sounders shall have audible range of 93 DB when heared at distance of 1.00 mtr. The sounders shall be suitable for wall/ ceiling mounting and shall operate on +24 volts DC complete all as specified & directed .

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning in replacement of addressable manual pull station. The addressable manual call point (MCP) shall be housed in metallic box.The address module shall be in-built and shall form part of loop module . The MCP shall be red colour with red LED for display of fire complete all as specified & directed . Note: Break Glass type MCP with chain and hammer is not acceptable

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning in replacement of Detectors complying with and type certified to EN- 45 intelligent addressable Ultra violet /infra red flame detector with IP-66 enclosure suitable for ceiling or wall mounting complete all as specified & directed .

Supply, installation, testing & commisioning in replacement of response indicator assembly mounted on wall/partition in dust tited enclosure with indication dual lamp LED compatibility with all detector for multisensor type heat and smoke detectors complete all as specified & directed .

M&L in replacement wiring for connecting fire detectors and fire Alarm panels with PVC insulated, sheathed, armoured (as per IS:7098-Part-l) 2 x 1.5 Sqmm multistrand 1100 volt FRLS copper conductor cable and core sheath shall be FRLS and insulated with HFC sheathing. The HFC cable shall be of red in colour and marking of every 1.00 mtr in the cable complete all as specified & directed .

S&F in replacement GAS realese panel microprocessor based with 80 character LCD display, Power supply, External LED for visual monitoring gas discharge, gas abort manual release & each zone-fire, open, short, status, SOV line, SOV operate, SOV disable. Zone isolation feature in internal individuals with DIP switch. In built potential free contact in fire and SOV in case of operation . External switch for reset, lamp test, silence & evacuate. Opertating power supply 230 volt /50 HZ AC, inbuilt battery space for suitable AH complete all as specified & directed .

Supply & filling NOVEC 1230 Gas in existing cylinder of capacity 25 Kg connected to gas flooding system including dismantling of cylinder from the system and refixing back in its original position complete all as specified & directed .

Supply, Installation, Testing & commissioning in replacement of electrically operated siren, single phase continuos operation for at least 50 minutes with sound level 65 decibal to 120 decibal measured at 1.5 mtr with sound output variation +/-5 decibal, 500 mtr range complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in replacement Digital display of Fire alarm addresable Panel complete all as specified & directed .

S&F in replacement Power supply/SMPS 24 volt, Make-Siemens, model No.FP2011U1 including transformer for digital panel complete all as specified & directed .

S&F in replacement Batteries 7 AH 12 Volt, complete all as specified & directed .

Sch 'A'/BOQ Part-II (BOQ Item No. 17.00).

M&L for Comprehensive maintenance of electrically operated passenger lift of capacity 8 passengers of Make - KONE inside Technical Area (G+4) by OEM or Agency authorised by OEM for a period of Twelve Months from the date of handing over of site. The scope of CMC is excluding Refinishing repair or replacement of following components :- (a) Elevator car enclosure (b) Elevator car and landing door panels/ gates (c) Alarm bell/ buzzer (d) Incoming electrical wiring up to main switches in the m/c room. (e) Main switches in the m/c room (f) LCDs (g) Decorative items including mirror and hand rail. Notes: (i) The CMC will be covering the entire lift i.e Limit swiches, door/lift Sensors, Elevator switch panel, Electric control panel, drives, pully, rope, gear system including accessories and oil etc. (ii) All parts and components fitted by KONE will be original genuine parts or components. If original parts or components are not available the parts or components fiitted will be of equal quality and functionality as per OEM recommendation in writing. (iii) Monthly serviceability report will be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge after due inspection of OEM. (iv) Reported serviceability will be attended by contractor through authorised Engineer of OEM within 48 hours. A penalty of Rs.1000/- per Day will be levied after 48 hours of reporting of Fault. (v) Payment shall be done only after successful comprehensive maint & visit of OEM in every month.

For Credit Schedule, refer tender documents. The amount of credit schedule shall be deducted from total quoted amount of BOQ to arrive contract sum.
