Prov. And laying of priming coat with 80-100 VG10 @ 60kg per 100sqm on new WBM

Prov. & Laying of 50mm thick stone metal wearing coat to built up spray grout specification using stone metal 53mm to 2.8mm @ 5 cum per 100sqm key aggregate 22.4MM TO 2.8MM, 1.30 CUM PER 100SQM. The binder shall be supplied by the contractor & will be used @ 150kg per 100sqm & mixed in proper as per design criteria as fully specified in specification latest edition carriage of material laying the same & rolling it with road roller to achieve specification value of compaction (strength & surface) accurately complete including the cost of establishment, cost of fuel, operational working charges of all kind of machinery & setting up field laboratory for quality control lighting arrangement sign board, caution board, lights 7 signal & chawkidar etc. (excluding the cost of tack coat) complete in all respect to entire satisfaction of engineer in charge. the const. operation shall confirm for road & bridge work latest eddition with upto date amendments.

Prov. And laying 25mm thick premix carpet and seal coat type “B” using bajri 13.2mm @ 2.30 cum per 100sqm bajri 11.2mm, 1.10 cum and stone dust 060 cum for seal coat per 100 sqm surface area the binder shall be also supplied by the contactor and will be used @ 120kg/100sqm for bajri 13.2mm 62 kg/ 100 sqm for bajri 11.2mm 7 68kg/ 100sqm for seal coat including mixing and heating bajri and bitumen in a hot mix plant including mechanical mixer in the proportion as per design criteria as fully specified and specification ( latest addition) carriage of premixed material from plant to site of work ( for all leads and lift) and laying the same with paver and rolling it with road roller to achieve specified value of compaction (strength and surface) accurately complete including the cost of establishment cost of fuel operational and working charges of all kinds of machinery and setting up field laboratory for quality control plant transportation lighting arrangements signals and chowkidars etc. Excluding athe cost of tack coat but including cost of bitumen complete in all respect to the satisfaction ofengineer in charge.
