10.65 Providing & laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-20 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge in foundation and plinth. (Note: Cement content considered in this item is @300 kg/cum.).

11.23 First class brickwork laid in cement stone dust (from crusher) mortar 1:5 in foundation & plinth.

15.3+15.75 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:2. Cement rendering on plaster 1mm thick.

18.22 Steel reinforcement TMT bars FE-500/ FE-500 D-grade or more for RCC work, where no included in the complete rate of RCC including straightening, bending, binding, wastage, overlaps, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, bangers and annealed steel wire etc. and placing in position complete in all respect for all heights / depths / storey’s / basements etc. Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured in length including hooks, if any, separately for different diameters as actually used in work, excluding overlaps, wastage, overlaps, couplings, welded joints, spacer, bars, chairs stays, hangers and annealed steel wire or other methods for binding and placing shall not be measured and cost of these items shall be deemed to be included in the rates for reinforcement.

29.94 Providing and fixing of SFRC MANHOLE COVERS AND FRAMES MARKED WITH IS: 12592 including setting the same to correct lines and levels in 1:2 cement sand mortar over manhole including carriage loading, unloading, stacking, handling, re-handling etc. complete in all respect to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Type: - Extra heavy duty set (HD-20) 560mm clear opening.

29.95 Providing salt glazed stone ware pipes grade-A in standard length of 600mm each pipe marked with IS:651 and there lowering, cutting, jointing and testing as described in HSR item No. 29.38, 29.39, 29.40 including the cost of jointing materials as wells as carriage, loading, unloading, stacking, handling, re-handling etc. complete in all respect to the satisfaction to the Engineer in charge. (i) 200mm i/d

9.1 Centering and shuttering for flat surfaces such as suspended floors, roofs, landings, chhajjas, shelves etc. inclination not exceeding 25 degree with horizontal.

9.5 Centering and shuttering for faces of valves partitions, retaining walls, well staining and the like vertical or battering including attached pilasters, butters etc.

App. Item Extra for lowering of the sub soil water level below the foundations of the sewer tobe laid by prov. some other suitable arrangements with the approval of the Engineer-in-charge in order to lay the sewer under water as per site condition including the cost of boring installation pipe and strainers for wall point systems complete with bearing installation pipes for well point system developing prov. & installation of pumping machinery suction and delivering pipes disposal of water to approper place including repair extra running cost of pumping machinery that is electric charges diesel oil charges consumable item including quick setting chemicals and play of the operational staff electric connection of as to be paid to the electricity department machinery and the well point system and shifting of the same to next site for any difficulties met with while execution. This item is only payable for the complete sewer and nothing is payable if the water table is lowered and sewer const. is delayed are not done due to any reason. What so ever. No premium is admissible on this item. The rate quoted by the contractor will be the completed rate for doing this job per mtr. length of sewer laid. The work of laying of different sizes of pipes sewer will be done with other suitable method of the approval of the Engineer-in-charge. The rate provided for approved item will be complete rate for depressing. The water table so that the sewer can be constructed indry condition properly. The lowering of water table done in such a way so that no gravity is formed at all. The rate of the pumping should be so adjust that critical velocity is not exceed which may clause said in flow alongwith water coming out of the box gravel packing may be provided if required in the annual space between pipe and bore to ensure sand free water coming out of the bore. The Subsoil water level will be kept depressed at appropriate level till assisting of jointing of S.W. pipes. Spring level before drilling well point is between 0 mtr to 1.20 mtr. above the invert level of sewer.
